The Converse Canvas Chevronstar CX-250 SU OX is actually built in suede with leather accents, a gold and black combination that always manages to look ‘vintage’ even when they’re brand new. A classically styled vulcanized sole furthers the classic look on this 1977 basketballer, but are they different enough from the Pro Leather, Nike’s Blazer and Bruin or adidas’ Nizza to warrant a purchase?
