Converse hits us with a tall glass of CTS for St. Patrick’s Day 2013, using one of the oldest Irish taverns in Charleston, MA as an inspiration to the colorway. There’s a lot beneath the classic surface like the Lunarlon drop-in sockliner and traction rubber vulc-sole, but Converse aficionados already know this considering the Converse CTS was especially popular when it was added to the Converse Skate line. This limited edition release will be available on Friday, March 15th at CNCPTS, Slam City Skates in London, Flatspot in Ontario Canada at an MSRP of $65, so check out the additional angles below for another look.

Aside from a couple special editions including the recent Slam City Skates collabo midtops, the Converse Chuck Taylor Skate has been relatively quiet in 2012. Appropriate, then, that Converse Skateboarding decides to end the year with a low-key duo that both sticks out and fits in with a recurring and currently hot trend. These new Camo Suede CTS lowtops come in Woodland and Duck camo patterns, both earthy and featuring four earthy colors, yet about as different as they could be given the shared theme. They’ll blend in with just about any outfit but still draw some extra attention your way, and you can get a sense why with more images below before you buy a pair at shops like Firmament, who have their stock available a week ahead of the official Friday, December 14th release date.

Sneaker News took you back to 2005 for a handful of Nike SB Dunk Lows for last week’s Classics Revisited series and today we see that one of those famed collaborators has again teamed up with Nike, Inc. Instead of the Swoosh, this time it’s the One Star as the Slam City x Converse CTS Mid and Ox come through with red-accented black/white builds. These relatively simple styles add Slam City branding to the footbeds and aglets, and are limited to just 300 pairs each worldwide. They don’t have the wearaway suede that made those ’05 Dunk Low Pro SBs so unique but we all know how beautifully Chuck Taylors age with time, so act fast to get yours straight from Slam City Skates before they’re all gone.
