It’s hard to come up with a better canvas for a sneaker collaboration (and a fairly low key one, at that) than a couple of silhouettes with the most minimal of branding. And that’s exactly what Stussy has chosen in the Converse Sea Star, a design that strongly resembles the CONS Skate version, but whose unique camo ripstop colorway juxtaposing a black version with luxurious caramel accents is unlike those we’ve seen to this point. And the same goes with Stussy’s Elm LS, a recent introduction to Converse’s skateboarding lineup that drops its embossed side panel Star and Chevron for a stamp featuring one of the most famous signatures in streetwear. Click through to see how all three incorporate a camo footbed and look for yours arriving now at top Converse stockists like Premier.

Read the rest of Stussy x Converse Sea Star + Elm LS

Stussy, the unflinching mainstay of urban street culture, has made an everlasting mark in footwear circles for heading some of the most beloved sneaker collaborations in history. Continuing the storied tradition is this Friday’s drop of the Stussy x Converse Sea Star – a mini-collection featuring two Sea Stars in contrasting builds. One pair features this season’s comeback print (camouflage) while the other is comprised of a more nautical feel with the navy blue. Both feature camouflage print insoles with Stussy notifications by way of the insole as well as the tab on the lateral ankle of the shoe. Expect these at select Stussy retailers this Friday, March 16th. via FRESHNESS

A new month coming up means a new set of footwear releases from Converse Skateboarding, and perhaps in acknowledgement of the shortest month of the year, CONS is stripping away a bit of the extra detailing on one of their staples. The CONS Sea Star LS Ox strips out the traditional deck shoe-style heel lace and instead keeps the docksider sprit in its silhouette, much the way the vast majority of Zoom Stefan Janoskis have flown off Nike SB store shelves. Blue and white editions join new Trapasso Ox and CTS Ox lowtops in grey suedes, while a black CTS LS Ox shows off a slight variation on the immortal Chuck Taylor lowtop’s lines. Click through to see all five pairs and pick up your selection(s) today from Premier.

Read the rest of Converse Skateboarding – Spring 2012 Releases @ Premier

Converse Skateboarding has been building serious momentum for a couple years now, and in their latest set of releases, we get the evidence that the success in expanding their footwear lineup has resulted in the ability for new internal organizations. For example, the ‘Form + Function’ collection brings together stripped down versions of classic styles to meet your skating needs, while the ‘Converse Skate Ambassador’ set gives us new colorways from CONS signature riders like Nick Trapasso, Kenny Anderson and Anthony Pappalardo. You’ll see the whole lineup profiled individually when you click through, so let us know which pair is the brand’s most exciting and expect these in stores starting February 1st.

After numerous drops in the earlier part of 2011, we’ve not seen as much from Converse Skateboarding in recent months. But there’s no better way to resolve a drought than with a bunch of dope new releases, which is exactly how CONS is blessing the sneakerhead community this month. The designs range from a classy tonal Brown Converse Sea Star to a wild Trapasso Ox with tie-dye side panels on an otherwise black suede design. Have a look at those plus a grey suede Star Player Lite after the jump and look for all of these at select Converse Skate retailers like Premier.

Read the rest of Converse Skateboarding – October 2011 Releases
