UNDFTD’s ongoing Converse project just landed with a quartet of new models for Spring/Summer 2013. The group spans the high and the low, with the Converse Pro Leather and the Converse Star Player going up and down across the four models included. The common thread amongst all of them is definitely the starry pattern, which goes from an all over upper-print, as on the Converse Star Player, to something more minimal that’s only utilized on the lining, as on the Converse Star Player OX. See all four below and pick up your pair from the UNDFTD x Converse “Born Not Made” Spring/Summer 2013 collection now at UNDFTD.

The Converse Star Player has to be at least a little bit jealous at all the attention the Pro Leather is getting during the second half of 2012, so here’s a couple of new colorways that steal the ‘other’ silo’s namesake material. This new Chocolate and black Star Player Premium Leather is a Converse.com exclusive, an earthy build whose organic appeal is greatly aided by the upper’s grainy texture. They’re like an alternate take on a recent UNDFTD collabo drop with altered colorblocking and no dual-branding, and you can see more photos below before you buy online.

They don’t have a star player like Dwyane Wade on the roster anymore, but Converse’s new MVP midtop has some serious performance credentials. And actually, the One Star does indeed have a veteran Star Player of a different sort. So even if it’s not a cutting edge performance tech machine, there’s always room for the comfort conferred by LunarLon cushioning. These new Converse First String Star Player lowtops offer different takes on Chicago-ish palettes, the white pair of which is a dead ringer to the immortal red-foxed white Chuck Taylor. Converse nailed this duo’s subtle styling and you’ll find both pairs available now at First String retailers like Haven.
