You have to wonder if Mr. Shiny Suit Man himself Diddy wasn’t at least at least a little bit tempted by the silvery metallic colorway of the Nike Trainer Clean Sweep. Instead he’s opted for the much more subtle black and brown combo here for a recent dinner outing with reality TV mom Kris Jenner. Most of us pedestrian sneaker lovers pick and choose which pair to rock based around the weather and the environment they’re bound to be subject to. If you’ve got a Scrooge McDuck size vault of cash though like hip-hop mogul Diddy then you can burn through pairs without having to worry about that type of thing. Shown here are some photos from a quick weekend outing, Sean Combs pulling out a pair of the coveted Air Jordan VI ‘Defining Moments’ for a trip to the pumpkin patch. It was a big night out for the celebrities last week, as P. Diddy, J. Cole, Ciara, and Amare Stoudemire were spotted at Webster Hall in New York City to attend the birthday bash for DJ Prostyle. There were many celebrities on hand, but these four deserve special notice for their notable sneakers, like Diddy’s Space Jams, Ciara and J. Cole and in Air Jordan IIIs, and Knicks All-Star Forward Amare Stoudemire in the Air Jordan XIII Playoffs. The 2010 VH1 Hip-Hop Honors Show set out to honor the Dirty South and some of the pioneers of Hip-Hop music including the legendary 2 Live Crew. A number of today’s biggest and brightest artists united on stage to perform various songs honoring the artists and music of the Dirty South. Performers included Drake, Fabolous, Rick Ross, Nelly, The Game, Diddy, Jermaine Dupri, Bow Wow, Bun B, and lot more. Considering this was a Hip-Hop Honors Show it goes without saying that there was a lot of sneaker heat in the building including Drake’s Air Jordan III’s in the “Do the Right Thing” colorway, Fabolous wore his White and Varsity Red Air Jordan VI’s, Rick Ross switched it up between a couple of different Air Jordan 1′s including the Urban Haze colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Premier and the recently release AJ1 KO’s in White and Varsity Red, Nelly was seen with a pair of the Air Jordan IX Premio “Bin 23″ Retro’s, The Game had on a pair of the Air Jordan VI’s in the “Oreo” colorway, and Diddy and Bow Wow were both spotted rocking White and Navy colorways of the Nike Air Trainer SC to match their New York Yankees apparel. East met West when P. Diddy joined fellow hip-hop mogul Dr. Dre during the DiddyBeats product launch at Best Buy in New York City. During the celebratory event, Sean P. Puff Diddy Combs rocked the Air Jordan Spiz’ike Infrared while Dr. Dre – despite not rocking his khakis with a cuff in the crease – kept it classic with a pair of all-white Nike Air Force 1 Lows. Dre’s recent venture into the world of high-end electronics was a success and partnering up with Diddy, who himself has displayed some busines acumen, should only be a plus. Check out P.
