LIV nightclub was the place to be in Miami over the past weekend as a number of hip-hop megastars collided to perform live for legendary Bad Boy producer DJ Stevie J’s birthday. At the event was Lil’ Wayne, Fabolous, Trey Songz, Wiz Khalifa, Ne-Yo, Dr. Dre, Birdman, and many more, but the focus of this feature is on the first three, who caught our attention with their not-yet-released Air Jordans. Lil’ Wayne kicked things off with the Air Jordan XII ‘Playoff’ (releasing in April), followed by Fabolous and his Air Jordan IV ‘Military’ (a June release). Trey Songz kept things a bit more current with the Jordan Spiz’ike ‘Bordeaux’, which will hit stores this Saturday. While Fabolous loves to show off his latest sneaker pick-ups, like the Concords you see here or the Black Flips and Knicks Spizikes he wore to his 3 Kings Coat Drive, he’s definitely puts in the hard work. Right after spearheading the 3 Kings Coat Drive charity event, Fabolous flew to Tanzania, Africa to perform live at the Str8 Musik Festival. Behind Fabolous’ stoic demeanor is an individual who does what he can to spread some of his fortune to others. Teaming up with New York sports superstars Robinson Cano of the Yankees and Ahmad Bradshaw of the Giants, Fabolous started the 3 Kings Coat Drive, which aims to bring warmth – literally – to those who need it. Fabolous attended the Coat Drive events, which were held in various Dr. Jays locations in New York City, donating some pieces from his own collection, and arrived in style; at the Fulton St. location in Brooklyn, he wore the Air Jordan Spiz’ike in the Knicks Orange colorway, and at both the Harlem and Fordham Rd. locations, he wore the Black Flip IIIs. Fabolous emerged as the Celebrity Feet mainstay of the year thanks to his consistent and eclectic display of Air Jordans, and although we’ve seen Fab in Black Flips, the Orange Spiz’ikes is definitely a first! Check out Fabolous after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for more Celebrity Feet updates.

Comic-book superhero Superman has been a long-time popular pick for Halloween costumes, and for on Halloween party down in Atlanta, hip-hop artist Fabolous decided to rock the S on his chest for the festivities – sort of. Fabolous broke out a pair of the Air Jordan IV Doernbecher, designed by 11-year-old Isaiah Scott; Scott, who was given the ‘Superman’ nickname by his mother for his courageous and stoic demeanor when facing the trials of his disease, used the Man Of Steel as the primary inspiration behind his design. While Fabolous didn’t wear a blue and red skin-tight Halloween costume, he did rock his Superman IVs with pride. Check out extra shots of Fabolous and his kicks and let us know if you’re planning on copping a pair of Air Jordan IV DBs! via atlpics.

Hip-hop artist Wale is currently a on a promotion-push for his soon-to-release album ‘Ambition’ – his first with Maybach Music Group. A special ‘listening’ party was held in New York City, which was attended by some of Wale’s peers – namely Fabolous, who is a NYC native. Fabolous, who has risen in the Celebrity Feet power rankings over the year, might have locked up a Top 3 of 2011 slot with his Air Jordan IV ‘Thunder’. For those uncertain with the shoe, the ‘Thunder’ was released back in 2006 as part of the ‘Thunder & Lightning’ Pack – the former retailing for $500 (it came with a jacket). Check out Fabolous and his Thunders after the jump and let us know who you think is the frontrunner for best Celebrity Feet of the year!
