Just a few days after word of the fragment design x Nike SB collection first hit and we’re already getting treated to a detailed look at the entirety of the collection. As mentioned prior, the group features the likes of the Nike Eric Koston 1 and the Nike SB Stefan Janoski, maintaining the usual Hiroshi route of swerving around the most selected of collaboration silhouettes. Continue reading for the best photos yet of all six of the sneakers and watch for them to release at Nike SB spots like Overdope starting in September. Also-let us know where these pairs rank amongst the all time fragment design x Nike creations.

Having just examined the Koston 1 in two colorways, let’s take a closer look at the three fragment design x Nike SB Stefan Janoskis.  They’re set up similarly to the Kostons in that each of these lowtop Janoskis uses a color plus white recipe, but the big difference is that while the Koston is mostly a one-piece design, the Janoski’s traditional sewn construction allows for the presence of white stitching across the entire shoe.  That makes the grey, dark purple and black canvas builds all the more eye-catching, and you can see all three of these pairs set to hit Nike Taipei on September 14th, in more photos below.

fragment design x Nike SB Koston 1

fragment design x Nike SB Koston 1

Why hand fragment design the Nike SB Koston 1 instead of Eric’s latest signature model? We’re not exactly sure of the reasoning behind that approach, but we’re happy to see Hiroshi Fujiwara to go work on a Nike SB model regardless. Available in red and black, the sneakers stick the fragment logo on the back end and dress the uppers with a smooth suede treatment. The sneakers are currently set to release on September 14th at Nike out in Taipei, but there’s no solid info as of yet as far as a US release is concerned. See more below and let us know if you’re feeling the fragment design x Nike SB Koston 1.

Given how much their respective names contributed to the ’00s sneaker vanguard, it’s surprising that we haven’t seen Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design collaborate with Nike Skateboarding.  The two came a bit closer together when Supreme authored a set on the model HF knows so well, and while that newly SB’d classic court shoe would presumably be on the table here, fragment chooses a different duo of equally timeless Swoosh skate silos.  These Nike SB Stefan Janoski and Koston 1s are done in simple two-tone palettes with the lightning bolt logo at the heel, and Sneaker News will keep you posted on release dates for what looks to be four pairs in total.

For all the collabs that Hiroshi Fujiwara has been a part of, we’ve yet to see him chip in on any Nike SB projects. The fragment design head man looks to be changing that this year by putting his stamp of approval on the Nike SB Stefan Janoski and the Nike Koston 1. Each of the pairs see the lighting bolt logo thrown onto their back end, the colorways otherwise looking very clean and understated. Continue reading to see the full shots and keep it locked with us to find out when the fragment design x Nike SB range will be releasing.

The return of Hiroshi Fujiwara (Frontman of fragment design) to the Nike Air Force 1 silhouette is one that will be spread out across two separate releases. There’s the Nike Lunar Force 1 for folks who are fawning over the more modern tooling and then there’s the classic Nike Air Force 1 body for the purists among you. Keep in mind that this isn’t some random release, the duo is timed to coincide with the tenth anniversary of the original HTM flavored pairs of Nike Air Force 1s that sported a similarly deluxe look. See both with us below and keep in mind that these pairs are a Shanghai exclusive until further notice.

Recently Hiroshi Fujiwara teased an upcoming Air Force 1 project featuring the signature fragment design logo etched onto the heel of a croc-skin upper. Sound familiar? It should, because a similar collaborative result hit stores about a decade ago. Nike Sportswear is revisiting this early HTM partnership (H of HTM would be Hiroshi) with the Fragment Pack, which consists of the Nike Air Force 1 Low and Nike Lunar Force 1 Low. Both are slated to drop this weekend exclusively in Shanghai so check out the gallery below and stay tuned for updated release info at other regions.
