The shoe has a very “Plum” feel to it, a palette that began as a Nike Dunk Low only to later transition onto the Nike SB Dunk High. The Nike SB Dunk Low “Finally” from FTC will get its initial release this weekend at FTC’s locations. As we’ve seen a couple of times before, the sneakers will show up with a some extra branding if you purchase them at those shops-namely on the insoles. The worldwide release date is currently set for the following Saturday, June 1st, but we haven’t seen Nike SB release dates been too firm these days so we’ll have to wait to see how that plays out. In the twenty years since his artwork graced the cover of legendary skate tape ‘Finally’ by NorCal skateshop FTC, Teren Jones changed the spelling of his stage name, posed as a cartoon gorilla and fought evil corporate robots in the future.  So much has changed that many Sneaker News readers have never used a VCR, and that’s why the doodles by the man best known as Del the Funky Homosapien make this otherwise conservative colorway on the FTC x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Finally’ so special.  The handstyles somewhere between Oakland graffiti and John Kricfalusi create every bit the early ’90s time capsule feeling you’d get from hearing Del’s ‘Worldwide’.  And speaking of global trends, our report here concerns availability now in Europe, so check out some new images of the ‘Finally’ Dunk SBs below and stick with Sneaker News for the US release date.
