Iman Shumpert is a huge reason why the Knicks not only bounced back in the second round series to take Game 2, but also why the Knicks advanced in the first place. During last night’s second game against the Pacers, Iman Shumpert played one of the best all-around games of the season while wearing an interesting pair of shoes – a “Knicks” custom of the adidas Real Deal cooked up by Packer Shoes and executed by Sole Swap (peep the logo on the heel and Iman’s personal logo on ankle). Shumpert also wore another Sole Swap custom a few games back as well – will this partnership between Knicks guard and Sole Swap be something that will flourish throughout the Playoffs? Check out the photos of Iman in the game as well as some exclusive photos (and a video of his vicious put-back dunk) and let us know what you think.

Iman Shumpert is repping the three-stripes mega-hard these days, going as far as buzzing in the adidas Basketball logo into his hair before the player-hatin’ NBA front-office put a stop to it. His on-feet selection has been more on the Originals side, and it’s about to get a level deeper with this sick adidas Crazy 8 “Python” Custom done by the snakeskin/anaconda specialist known as JBF Customs. Option for a tonal grey for that true wildlife appeal, JBF selects multiple textures of Python leather and suede on the upper and lambskin lining for a sick contrast, with a brown snakeskin piece on the heel for a nice accent. We’ve got an HD gallery of these below so give it a review and let us know what you think!

The latest branded item to be banished from the NBA is not a piece of footwear, but rather a very specific hairstyle. Iman Shumpert of the New York Knicks stirred up some trouble recently with his cut, which featured a pledge of allegiance to the three stripes in the form of the Adidas logo shaved into his instantly recognizable do. The cut was apparently a violation of the NBA’s uniform guidelines, with the corporate logo being on display and all. As you can see here, Shump has since wiped out the Adidas logo in compliance. Of course if he really wants to show that he’s down with Adidas, the logical next step would be a Gucci Mane-style face tat. We’ll stay tuned to see if that happens, but in the meantime, let us know what you think of Iman Shumpert’s banned hair in the comments below.

Now that Iman Shumpert is back playing for the Knicks, you can expect the flat-topped wonder to be one of the go-to guys as far as adidias PEs in the NBA. His latest one came in the form of the adidas Real Deal, a model that’s definitely had a spotlight shown on it as of late thanks to its 2013 retro revival. And even though there’s no new tech involved they certainly served Shump just fine when he wore them, as he picked up 16 points last night to help the Knicks on their way to a victory. Continue reading for a full view of the adidas Real Deal made for Iman Shumpert and stay tuned to see what else he brings out as the Knicks continue their strong season.

A few weeks ago, new ground was broken in the sneaker community when Dwyane Wade wore a pair of the Li-Ning Way of Wade created by Mache Customs. We noted the significance of that event as the opening of the door to more NBA on-feet customs, and it looks like there was one this past weekend when New York Knicks guard Iman Shumpert wore this nice adidas Real Deal custom designed by Jason Negron aka Sole Swap. Classic Knicks colorways never fail in getting our attention, but when it’s a pair of customs, it’s always worth a second look. Check out a full shot of Iman’s customs below as well as some in-game shots and stay tuned for more potential custom kicks on NBA Feet!
