adidas ClimaCool Seduction

NBA fans and regular Sneaker News readers know that Chicago Bulls superstar Derrick Rose has been out for a few games, but the league’s reigning MVP still found time to hook up with some other notable adidas endorsees for a training run.  The word ‘time’ is the operative one for this latest Three Stripes video, as D-Rose, David Beckham, Lionel Messi and Katy Perry all go out for a run at 18:14 UTC, which also happens to be the time that Jeremy Scott is out for a bike ride.  This ‘WE ALL RUN’ video features the brand new adidas ClimaCool Seduction runner, a supremely ventilated release with 360-degree ventilation to greatly reduce the energy overhead required to keep your body cool.  This advance should result in more comfortable runs that go further and faster, and you can see them in action in the video after the jump before buying directly from adidas.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Mega Softcell Sandal

Jeremy Scott has a penchant for ostentatiously modified sneaker tongues, but in this case, he switched out the entire upper of an established design for something a bit more unorthodox.  The Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Mega Softcell combines the exaggerated cushioning platform we’ve come to know and love from Three Stripes’ MEGA collection together with a woven sandal upper that’s sure to break necks while keeping your toes well ventilated this summer.  The classic white/black combo simply cannot be beaten here; the only question is, are you brave enough to buy a pair of these from select retailers like TGWO?

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Instinct Hi White Black

They’re not likely to cause a frenzy on the ‘Galaxy’ scale, but Jeremy Scott’s adidas Originals by Originals capsule is indeed set to unleash a wild new set of sneakers this weekend.  Joining the JS Gorilla and a ‘bumblebee’-leaning JS Instinct comes another Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Instinct Hi, this time in the simplest of all colorways.  This pair swaps out the aforementioned pair’s yellow to get the kind of classic style you’d typically associate with 1980s basketball models like this, save the absurdly large tongue branding that makes these an easy spot from blocks away.  Click through to see more and find these at stores like Social Status on Saturday, March 3rd.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Instict Hi Black Yellow | Release Date

It’s pretty typical for a black and yellow sneaker to get the “bumblebee” designation, but we’re pretty sure that’s not what Jeremy Scott was going for with this version of the adidas Originals JS Instinct Hi. After all, if this were a bumblebee sneaker from Jeremy Scott you can bet there would be wings fluttering out and probably even a stinger on back. Instead it’s just a clean two toned pair that maintains the exclamation mark style of Scott design with the super bold tongue jumping out from the front. Will you be copping a pair when they hit stores this Saturday, March 3rd, or do you prefer the more outrageous end of the spectrum for Scott silhouettes? Let us know in the comments below and check out the full shots after the jump courtesy of Social Status, one of many premium adidas accounts that will be stocking the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Instinct Hi.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Gorilla Release Date

For everyone out there saying Jeremy Scott couldn’t make a sneaker that wasn’t all-out wacky here you go: a pair that keeps the blocking simple with a blackout look. Did we mention it’s fuzzy and there’s a gorilla hanging off the top end? Ok we take it back, these aren’t exactly subdued what with King Kong hanging out of the tongue up there, but is a subdued sneaker really what you’re after from Mr. Scott? We didn’t think so. His latest beastly pair from the ongoing Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals team-up is almost here, with a Saturday, March 3rd release date. Stay with us after the jump to see the close up shots of this monkey business and let us know if you’ll be copping the adidas JS Gorilla from spots like Social Status this Saturday.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Gorilla New Images

Complex pairing up and coming rapper ASAP Rocky with Jeremy Scott’s adidas Originals by Originals capsule was a natural fit not just because both bring a unique sensibility to their street-level craft, but also the  ”Clothes get weirder/Money get longer” connection.  Put simply, there’s nobody doing it like J.Scott in the sneaker game today, and he continues to kill it with the courageous fashion forward set.  His latest Three Stripes collabo an evolution of a concept he’s executed several times before and one that might be his single most endearing effort to date.  The Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Gorilla gives you not one but two different smiles (which look like they’re adjustable) along with four thumbs up, a shoe so cute and positive in its mood that they’ve got to be one of the most high-energy blackout colorways in history.  Let us know what you think about these crazies and stick with Sneaker News for word on the US drop in the coming months.  via Styles

Complex Talks Design with Jeremy Scott

The second most asked question about Jeremy Scott’s adidas Originals line behind “Where can I get those?” is probably “What is he thinking?”. Mind you that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just necessary by-product of his increasingly bizarre projects that have been pushing the limits of what a sneaker is allowed to look like. Well now you can finally know what he’s thinking, as Complex recently got together with the designer to chop it up on a range of topics, including his creative process. Head over there for the full feature and be sure to stick with Sneaker News for all your JS info.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals Roundhouse Mid Handcuff

adidas Originals has done a superb job of mixing heritage models with fresh new designs, and with so many to pick from now in both categories, it’s inevitable that some are deserving of more attention.  One such recent debut is the adidas Originals Roundhouse, a sleek, strapped midtop that combines early ’90s basketball with a bit of the trainer vibe from that same era.  We’ve only seen a handful of colors since it first dropped a couple years back, but Jeremy Scott has chosen to resurrect it for one of his most unique Originals by Originals releases yet.  Not only is the Jeremy Scott Roundhouse Mid ‘Handcuff’ a more familiar colorway than he tends toward, but the addition of a chain and cuff on the heel is perhaps the craziest accessory addition he’s offered thus far.  Click through to see these from more angles and let us know if you’re already excited for the fall/winter 2012 collection.  via HS
