After we caught a look at that snazzy ‘Vivid Pink’ colorway of the Jordan Melo M9 recently, here’s a look at Chris Paul’s CP3.VI that appears to be in tandem due to the ‘Vivid Pink’ anchor. Featuring a Wolf Grey exterior and matched with the Black/Pink combo, these CP3.VIs add another bit of energy to the already electric colorways of the shoe (thanks to the debut colors of the Nitro Pack). No word if these are part of a ‘Think Pink’ capsule, but be advised that an official release will go down on the 16th of this month.

Is it possible that Chris Paul was working on some sort of superstition wherein he wore a new pair of the Jordan CP3.VI for every single game of that massive winning streak the Clippers just concluded? If so then this impressive pile would be the aftermath. The shot shown came with a caption with CP3 suggesting that he might be giving the pile away via Instagram, giving his followers a chance at owning some of the pairs that hit the hardwood during the aforementioned historic winning streak. Chris Paul has enjoyed quite a Christmas hook-up from Jordan Brand in the form of new Air Jordan IV colorways among a buffet of Retro releases. Although none of those will be available for some time, you can hop on the CP3 Christmas train by copping the Jordan CP3.VI ‘Christmas’ tomorrow; it features a cool white/grey upper with elephant print detailing and an alternating red/green heel pull-tab for a nice touch of holiday spirit. Earlier today, Sneaker News showed you an upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low that makes use of the Sport Fuchsia color that has until now been a mainstay of Nike WMNS releases. But used in small amounts against a white/gold base as reappears on the Jordan CP3.VI, this pink hue serves as a dynamic take on the aggressive reds we see on so many basketball shoes. If Carmelo Anthony has the right to grab the ‘Cement’ look for his latest signature model then Jordan Brand soldier Chris Paul definitely should get a crack at as well. It looks like that will indeed be going down, the Jordan CP3.VI shown here in a set of colorful trio with said speckling hitting along the midsole and up the back end. Chris Paul’s sixth signature shoe with Jordan Brand was unveiled a couple of months ago, with the energetic ‘Nitro Pack’ serving up some hot colorways for CP3 and Jordan fans to treat themselves with. It looks like later on in the season, Paul will eventually switch to the Jordan CP3.VI AE – a secondary model similar to what the Melo M8 Advance is the M8. It rids the upper of the trademark ’61′ cut-outs, opting for a sick skewed grid detail on the upper with a nice grey/blue colorway. We’ve made it through the first six weeks of the NBA season and the Los Angeles Clippers have a firm grasp on the Western Conference’s Pacific Division. Lob City is riding a four-game winning streak and has really benefited from the addition of shooting guard Jamal Crawford, but even with fellow Jordan Brand superstar Blake Griffin holding down the low block, everybody knows Chris Paul runs the LAC show. And while we wait to see what Griffin has in store, Jordan Brand has made clear their plans for Paul’s Christmas gift: an asymmetrically accented snow-white Jordan CP3.VI with a subtle reflective Elephant print and a rapidly approaching release date.
