The Jordan Spiz’ike is coming back as of tomorrow, March 2nd, in this yellow and red colorway. The sneaker offers up much more than what’s available at first glance thanks to the 3M touches that show up for the mudguard. As we’ve mentioned before the sneaker is linked up with a similarly colored Jordan Melo M9, a pair that’s still yet to materialize. For now this Jordan Spiz’ike will have to do, so hit the jump for the full photos, look for them in stores tomorrow, and grab one right now if you don’t wanna wait from shoejocky on eBay.

It looks like the month of March will end the same way it started for Jordan Brand: with a Jordan Spiz’ike release. Tomorrow will see the 3M tinted version arrive, and the penultimate day of the month with see this very colorful flavor released. The Jordan Spiz’ike shown mixes in stealth, poison green, university blue, blitz blue, and vivid sulpher for just about the busiest colorway we’ve seen yet on this hybrid model. Continue reading for more on the Jordan Spiz’ike ‘Posion Green’ (Release date March 30th).

This Saturday Jordan Brand will extend the Spike Lee category even further with the official release of the Jordan Spiz’ike in the Black/Challenge Red-Metallic Silver-Tour Yellow colorway. Given the ’3M’ nickname due to the flashy mudguard, this Spiz’ike actually shares the colorway of the Jordan Melo M9 ‘Nemesis’, which is inspired by flame-retardant suits; the ‘Nemesis’ Pack is derived from a rivalry between Carmelo and a certain player on the Miami Heat – one that’ll surely get more attention as we near the Playoffs. This weekend the Jordan Spiz’ike 3M will release at Jordan Brand retailers like Social Status so enjoy one final look on a nice matching backdrop and let us know if these are a must-have for you.

Just a few days ago we hit you with an official release date for this upcoming Spiz’ike release, which features some nice reflective paneling on a Yellow/Silver/Black/Red colorway. The concept of ‘Nemesis’, which started with the Jordan Melo M9 ‘Nemesis’ as an anti-Miami Heat colorway, has spilled over to the popular hybrid model as well as the Air Jordan 1 Low and Jordan CP3.VI, but it appears for now that only the Spiz’ike features the flashy reflective material on the upper. If you’re curious to see what they look like with the reflection at full blast, there’s a nice shot below in the gallery so take a look and let us know what you think.

The 2011 ‘Year of the Rabbit’ collection by Jordan Brand was one of the best zodiac-inspired releases of the decade, was it not? The Air Jordan 2011, Air Jordan 2011 Q Flight, and Air Jordan VII all released with a sick Red/Gold base, and in 2013 it returns (sorta) in this March 2nd release of the Jordan Spiz’ike. Joining the Black and Challenge Red is a clean combination of Light British Tan and Khaki for a bit of ‘YOTR’ redux, so if you’re looking to add on your Rabbit stash, cop these during the first weekend of March.

Tomorrow, Jordan Brand will celebrate Black History Month with its debut of the Air Jordan 1, the Jordan Melo M9, and the Jordan Spiz’ike in set inspired by the borough of Brooklyn. Melo, Jordan, and Spike Lee were all born out of that borough, and so the colorway follows the visuals of graffiti, the subway, and the Brooklyn flag. The Air Jordan 1 and the Jordan Melo M9 also feature a dope reflective upper graphic, adding even more of a visual punch to the most classic and most contemporary Jordan release. Cop them tomorrow at select Jordan Brand retailers, or see what’s available on eBay.
