Back at the start of the 2013 NBA Playoffs, Jordan Brand unveiled a collection of PEs including new Jordan Super.Fly 2 colorways for Blake Griffin. The black ‘away’ edition is quite similar to a style set to release in the third quarter, the key differences being Griffin’s exclusives had a white sole whereas these go black on bottom. They’re paired with a Miami Heat edition for the release scheduled not too far after the potential back-to-back championship celebration. In addition to the Air Jordan XX8 PEs, Jordan Brand has mocked up some special versions for the Jordan Melo M9, Jordan CP3.VI, and Jordan Super.Fly 2 for Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, and Blake Griffin to wear during the postseason. Although not shown, the Jordan Aero Mania Low will also be on display in the Playoffs on the feet of DJ Augustine of the Indiana Pacers and Kevin Martin of the OKC Thunder. All but silent since Blake Griffin laced up a ‘Night Vision’ PE for the 2013 NBA All-Star Game, here’s the first new look at the upcoming Jordan Super.Fly 2 in about six weeks.
