Jordan TC – Black – Purple – Red

Its sole looks like the average of Air Jordans III-VII and the upper bears a resemblance to models as far-reaching as the Jumpman Pro Quick on one hand, or all the way to the Air Jordan IXs and XIs when they’re cast in patent leather, and yet, the Jordan TC manages to avoid looking like an obvious mashup thanks to softening many of those designs’ signature elements. This new colorway, on the other hand, is most definitely going to have them connected strongly with the Sevens, a ‘Raptors’-style getup that serves as a prelude to September’s Air Jordan VII Retro release. Jordan TC ‘Cool Grey’

It appears that the ‘Cool Grey’ approach on Jordan Brand’s footwear models will continue with the Jordan TC. The TC has seen a hiatus of sorts, as it was held back after a slew of interesting colorways in September, October, and November 2011. This Cool Grey’ colorway utilizes a near-identical color-blocking to the Air Jordan XI as it features the glossy patent leather on the mudguard, the synthetic nubuck on the upper, a white midsole, and a translucent outsole (how mightily blue they look!). No timetable on a release just yet, but expect them within the coming months. Photos: taobao

Jordan TC – Black – Varsity Red – White

The latest in a long line of sport-styled lifestyle sneakers drawing upon aesthetic cues from the Air Jordan Legacy, the Jordan TC midtop has just arrived at retailers in a new colorway.  This model, like many before it, utilizes a midsole based on the immortal Air Jordan III, though this new design can be seen to feature significant alterations when compared to the original.  There’s also a bit of AJXIII in the form of an encircled ankle Jumpman and a flowing nylon mesh panel on the sides, and it goes without saying that any Bred colorup reminds sneakerheads of Michael Jordan’s dominant Chicago Bulls playing days.  Click through to get a closer look and pick up your Jordan TCs from Eastbay.
