The Nike LeBron X Elite “2-Time Champion” Pack has yet to receive a confirmed release date, but we’ve already seen sneaker customizers take matters into their own hands. We fully expected LeBron X loyalist Mache Customs to give it a whirl, but this time he switches up the colorways by adding the LeBron X Elite build with the LeBron X Low colorway for what he calls the “2-Time Champ Fusion”. Definitely sick to see the Mid-top version get those wild graphics on the upper, so our question is – should Nike have chosen the Nike LeBron X Elite be feature this amazing colorway? See Mache’s latest work below and hit him up directly through his contact info on his official page because only a total of six pairs (LeBron’s jersey) will be made.

Air Jordan V “Noah’s Ark” Customs by Mache

Who needs animal print when you can throw the whole animal kingdom on a set of shoes? That seems to have been the goal of Mache, who created this “Noah’s Ark” version of the Air Jordan V. As you can see, the shoes grab at patterns from a number of animals, finishing things off with some wood paneling around the bottom. Further conveying the story behind this biblical tale, Mache also went ahead and transformed the teeth into little waves for the sneakers to ride on. Take a hull look at the Air Jordan V “Noah’s Ark” after the jump and then register your impressions down in the comments.

Air Jordan VI “Bin 65″ by Mache Customs

The rate of Retro releases might have you a bit…exhausted, but one concept we would love to see return is the short-lived Premio Collection. These high priced Retros were indeed worth every dollar as these individually numbered pieces were built with high-quality materials and came accompanied with wooden shoe-trees and shoe-bags, but they only lasted a total of five releases – the last of which was the January 2011 release of the Air Jordan V. In this latest Mache Customs work, the Air Jordan VI gets the Bin V treatment, with a tonal black upper being paired with the white laces, a reflective tongue, metallic silver accents on the fore-foot midsole, and the signature red-wax stamp on the heel. We’ve got an exclusive gallery of the Air Jordan VI “Bin 65″ below so take a look and let us know if you’d like Jordan Brand to bring back the Bin 23 Collection in the future.

Nike Kobe 8 “The Real What the Kobe 8″ by Mache Customs

The “What The” arrangement has been a wildly popular one with, Friday’s momentous release of the “What the MVP” marking off yet another mega-mash-up of colorways onto a shoe. It was indeed the SB Dunk that started it all, but last year’s Nike Zoom Kobe VII brought it over to the basketball category, spurning a number of sneaker customizers to do their thing. Mache Customs goes the extra mile for this one, employing the assistance of fellow sneaker remixer Relevant Customs and Absolelute to create what he calls “The REAL What the Kobe 8.

The predatory animals that were at focus in the Zoom Kobe VII are brought over in luxurious fashion, with purple python on the upper, black snakeskin for the lateral swooshes, shark on the rear heel, neon lizard for the rear Kobe logo., faux cheetah on the tongue and lining, and one of the craziest logos ever created (done by Absoleute). Only five will be made per order and a custom of this stature is certainly reserved for those who appreciate the “higher end” of the sneaker spectrum in terms of build quality and class of materials, so check out the gallery below and contact them through the Mache Customs official page for more info.

The new Nike LeBron X “Killer Elite” pair of custom sneakers from the always on point Mache is one that walks the line between flashy and stealthy. In regular lighting the sneaker is a gun metal grey, upgraded with just a little bit of red here and there presumably for the purpose of bringing it closer to Bron’s Heat wardrobe. Hit it with a flash though and the sneaker comes alive thanks to the thorough 3M treatment across the upper. Get a couple more angles on this Nike LeBron X Elite creation from Mache Customs and tell us in the comments if you’re feeling the 3M look.

Following up on his Nike “What The KD IV” Customs from a while back is the Nike “What The KD V” completed by none other than Mache Customs. This perfectly crafted mash-up of the most engaging KD V colorways looks like it came straight outta the Nike factory, which leads us to wonder if Nike would’ve come up with something similar if Kevin Durant took home the MVP trophy this season. With several elements like “Aunt Pearl”, “BHM”, “DMV”, and more, this ultimate remix of KD V hits is one you can’t miss out on! Check out this custom order of the Nike “What The KD V” below and let us know if you think these are better than the Nike LeBron X “MVP” that we unveiled to you earlier this week!

nike lebron x pediatric customs mache Nike LeBron X Pediatric Stroke Awareness Customs by Mache Charity Auction

Mache Customs has been a dominant force in the sneaker customs scene, but this time around, he extends a generous hand for a great cause – one that has had a direct effect on his personal life. In an effort to raise awareness of Pediatric Stroke Awareness month (in May), he created this incredible Nike LeBron X custom, using a silver Nike iD base and laced with deep purple ribbon graphics and the “Kandu” mascot – the official mascot for Pediatric Stroke survivors. Additional details include some personal messages, with “I Believe In A Pediatric Stroke Survivor” and “I Believe in JJ” proudly displayed on the inner sides of the ankle collars; Jayden, or “JJ”, is Mache’s son (now three years old) who suffered a pediatric stroke at birth. This is a great cause and a honorable effort to promote awareness for this widespread issue, so check out the photos below and get your bids in right now from the live auction from mlomas2295 on eBay.
