Kazuki, Mark McNairy, and adidas Originals are back together again. You’ve seen some of the scattered models from this set before on the Sneaker news homepage, but you’ve never seen the entirety of the collection in one place. Gathered here are all the models, which include the Monte Carlo, the Stan Smith Mid, and the adidas ZXZ 930. The first two go the familiar McNairy route of replacing the text on the backside, but as far as we can tell the ZXZ creation among them avoids that. Continue reading to check out each of the pairs and keep in mind that retailers like FootPatrol have them in stores now.

Mark McNairy x Kazuki x adidas Originals Monte Carlo

adidas kazuki mark mcnairy monte carlo 03 570x425 Mark McNairy x Kazuki x adidas Originals Monte Carlo

adidas Originals collaborators Mark McNairy and Kazuki are back at it with this new three-way team up of a release on the Monte Carlo, an ancient basketball design from the Three Stripes that hasn’t gotten too much play in recent years save for that Low remix that showed up in 2013. The shoes here take the frequent McNairy approach of replacing the back tab with some alternate text – this time around that area reads “100$ Bill” as a reference to the white and green palette. Take a better look at them after the break and wait with us for word on a US arrival.

It appears that Mark McNairy is not yet done having his way with classic adidas silhouettes. Pictured here is his take on the adidas Pro Model, which opts for a grey suede build and some bold branding on the back end that trades the typical Trefoil logo hit for the word “WRONG”. As far as we can tell these haven’t been renamed like so many of the other Mark McNairy x adidas releases-they’re being billed as a straight Pro Model. Get another look with us after the click and check back in on Sneaker News to find out when this pair will be at your local adidas Originals account.

Mark McNairy x adidas Rod Laver “84-Lab”

The adidas Rod Laver is known as being one of the most famous shoes from The Brand with the Three Stripes, perhaps the most popular one that doesn’t actually have any Stripes of its own.  From this foundation of subtly applied branding, there’s nowhere to fit a ‘McNasty’ gold leaf, so this pair of Mark McNairy x adidas Rod Lavers from the 84-Lab collection keeps its personalized touches to the tongue and heel.  This is otherwise a classic take on the Laver lowtop, save the use of yellow in place of green as with the OG edition.  It’s a subtle change yet one that almost certainly wouldn’t have been tolerated by the officials whose traditions essentially forced the original colorway to look as it did, and that’s the kind of subtle brilliance that makes these new McNairy adidas a must have from shops like Oneness.

As seen in our preview of the Kazuki Kuarishi x Mark McNairy collaboration for adidas Originals back in July, these two have transformed a classic Kareem Abdul-Jabbar shoe into the ‘McNasty Lo’.  We knew the white/purple pair of KZK x McNairy x adidas Originals Hook Shots were coming for the 84-Lab capsule, and today we’re happy to report another style joining those at retail here shortly.  The second design joining that Lakers-ish rendition is one that loosely ties in with the days when Lew Alcindor played his college ball at UCLA.  Both pairs feature premium leather uppers with top-notch suede accents, and you’ll find them available this weekend at top Originals accounts like Caliroots.
