Proving that Mark Wahlberg isn’t one of those folks who refuses to wear anything but OG colorways as far as Air Jordans are concerned is this new set of photos. The man has apparently got a hold of the Air Jordan III ‘Joker’ as his latest pickup, and already broke them out on a quick grocery store trip. With Mark Wahlberg popping up in so many recent Jordan Brand offerings as of late, is there any chance we’ll see him don the futuristic Air Jordan XX8 as well in a moment of support? At this point you can’t really ignore Mark Wahlberg’s sneaker game given how often the actor has been popping up in random Jordan Brand retros. This time he was spotted with a certified classic on feet-the Air Jordan III ‘White/Cement’, that pair that saw a retro release just a couple years ago and that will be back next week. Which brings up the question: is this the anticipated Air Jordan III ’88 on his feet? He’s definitely a friend of the Jordan Brand family so we wouldn’t consider it too surprising if Wahlberg already had his hands on a pair. Low-key sneakerhead Mark Wahlberg is back again with another footwear sighting from Jordan Brand. It looks as if he may have taken the advice from our comments section to heart, correcting his apparel game after one reader pointed out how he (heaven forbid) paired up a New Balance shirt with a pair of Air Jordans. Did Mark Wahlberg inject a bit of his own sneakerhead tendencies for the character of Turtle in his beloved show, Entourage? Alright that may be a bit of a stretch but you have to admit, Mark has been displaying some shoe-dude tendencies as of late. You’ve seen him in the LeBrons and Jordans before, this time around going to the latter with the recently released Air Jordan IV ‘Military’ (and even lacing his daughter up with a mini pair of the Nike LeBron 9 ‘Summit Lake Hornets’). The man responsible for everything ‘cool’ in Hollywood is gearing up for the premiere of his latest movie titled TED, which co-stars the movie’s director Seth McFarlane. In TED, Mark Wahlberg plays a man with no friends (really, how does Marky Mark not have any friends) except for a teddy bear that has come to life, which apparently has taken the soul of Family Guy’s Peter Griffin. We get that the two characters don’t intertwine, but how do you not imagine Quahog’s finest when the bear speaks? In any case, Mark Wahlberg was spotted strolling around Beverly Hills with his wife while wearing the Air Jordan 2012 in the ‘Wolf Grey’ colorway. More of Marky Mark’s sneaky sneaks below! The Entourage series wrapped up a few months ago, but don’t count on Mark Wahlberg, the show’s executive producer, to take any breaks. He’s one of the hardest working fellas in the biz, owning the Executive Producer title to a number of hit shows and some memorable movies, but in front of the camera, Wahlberg’s just as adept (two Oscar nominations in the last four Awards). Marky Mark was recently spotted in New Orleans, where he is currently filming his latest movie, wearing the Nike LeBron 9 ‘Miami Hurricanes’; he reportedly left the gym with his buddies after shooting some hoops during some down-time. Does the logo on the hoodie look familiar? The logo represents ‘Wahlburgers’, which is a family-owned burger joint in Hingham, MA.
