LeBron returned to Cleveland with 2 glorious Nike LeBron 12 PEs, but that was about the most exciting part of his game last night, as he had 8 turnovers and Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks spoiled his homecoming. Melo donned a Jordan Melo M10 PE of course, and J.R. Smith continues to wear that Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Legacy” pair (hey, was that over 5 assists from Earl the Third that game!?). Elsewhere in the league, Russell Westbrook will be sidelined 4-6 weeks, so this is the last time we’ll be seeing him in the Air Jordan XX9 for at least a month. With all of the depressing news, the best we can offer up is a few surprising on-feet looks from around the league last night – here’s a hint – there’s a ton of Kobe’s, Monta’s back wearing an Air Jordan retro and K.Love continues to ditch 361 Degrees. Stick around after the click and stay tuned for more NBA Feet right here on Sneaker News.

12 games in a single night can be daunting even for the most fanatical of NBA enthusiasts as it’s going to take some time to get used to the fact that it’s indeed basketball season again. But we’re going to try and get back into the groove of our recurring NBA Feet series after a brief hiatus last year and thankfully, the league’s elite gave us a lot to work with on Day 2 of the 2014-2015 season. Russell Westbrook is currently lone-wolfing it without Kevin Durant in the Air Jordan XX9. LaMarcus Aldridge is celebrating his Jordan signing with an all-retro only diet as he laced up the Air Jordan 11 “Concord”. Kobe got a brand new Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Away” PE, and Tim Hardaway Jr. decided to bring back a T-Mac classic. Be sure to stick around for the first regular season installment of NBA Feet and be sure to let us know who laced up the best selection by penning your thoughts in the comments section.

30 players nba feet The 30 Players To Watch Out for in 2014 2015 NBA Feet

Tomorrow night, the 2014-2015 NBA Season will officially tip-off, kicking off thirty individual journeys toward post-season magic. A major story that has run parallel to pro hoops is the sneaker industry, which has infiltrated the headlines thanks to the amazing on-feet selections, contract rumblings, and much, much more. But it’s not always about Kevin Durant’s massive contract or which Air Jordan Retro that Nick Young is going to wear, and although those stories are what keep NBA Feet going, sneaker heat is a league wide thing.

LaMarcus Aldridge Makes Jordan Brand Debut With Bred 11s

Michael Jordan’s history in Portland is a bit complicated. Sure, he has an entire building dedicated to him at Nike Campus in the state of Oregon, but the Blazers past on him in the NBA Draft and he would later get his revenge in the 1992 NBA Finals, shrugging them off in 6 games. LaMarcus Aldridge doesn’t seem to mind all that history though, as he recently signed with the Jumpman to bolster an already formidable roster. He’s off to a quick start too, as he laced up the ever-classic Air Jordan 11 “Bred” this pre-season against the Nuggets. It’s great to see him roll out the most premium of retros during these friendly match-ups, but what will he be wearing when the games start to matter? (We’d be surprised to see him wear rival Blake Griffin’s Super.Fly 3). Catch more images after the click and stay tuned for more NBA Feet as the regular season draws near.

LeBron James in Nike LeBron 12 “Cavs” PE

After taking a break against the Milwaukee Bucks last preseason game, LeBron was back in action against the Central Division rival Indiana Pacers last night. The King put up big numbers and even showcased a new Kareem Abdul-Jabbar sky-hook, and if you were looking close enough, his Nike LeBron 12 “Cavs” PE was a nice centerpiece to a highlight filled night. With a predominantly red mesh upper, highlights of a matching Cavalier yellow hit the accents throughout. This is one LeBron 12 in what we hope to be plenty of Cleveland themed PEs for no.23 throughout the season (they did just get a navy blue alternate so that should warrant a few more pairs here and there). Check out more of LeBron’s latest player exclusive after the break and let us know if you’re feeling his selection in the comments section.

Basketball is back. A few unfortunate headlines marred the first week of the NBA’s official return as Kevin Durant is going to be sidelined by a foot injury for up to the first eight weeks of the season, which means we won’t be seeing anymore of his Nike KD 7 PEs anytime soon (he wore the “Home” installment in his only preseason game to date). There were some notable selections though, like Kobe returning in a Kobe 9 Elite PE and LeBron showcasing his NSRL LeBron 12 in Brazil against his former team. Be sure to checkout the first pre-season installment of NBA Feet after the break and let us know which on-court pair was your favorite by penning your thoughts in the comments section.

LeBron Debuts Nike LeBron 12 “Heart of a Lion” vs. Maccabi Tel Aviv

After that intra-team Wine and Gold Scrimmage that saw Quicken Loans Arena sell out for a team practice, it’s safe to say that the jersey burning is done in Cleveland and all is forgiven. For sneaker enthusiasts the scrimmage did raise some questions as LeBron rocked his Nike Zoom Soldier 8 instead of his new Nike LeBron 12 and worries were abound. The King put that to rest in this friendly against new coach David Blatt’s old Maccabi Tel Aviv squad with an appearance of the LeBron 12 “Heart of a Lion”. Meanwhile, both Kyrie and Kevin Love showed up in Cavs-themed Nike Hyperdunk 2014 PEs. What this says about K.Love’s deal with Peak for his 361 Degrees of Love signatures remains unclear, but having Nike’s most marketable star on his roster should do something in convincing him to lace up a pair of Hyperdunks. Check out photos of the new Big 3′s on-court selections and stay tuned for more NBA Feet┬árecaps as the season draws near.
