Japan’s United Arrows brand family doubles its attention toward the New Balance 996 for women with a new collaboration hitting in limited numbers at select European retailers. This green label relaxing x New Balance WR996 goes for a more colorful approach than the Beauty & Youth edition, opting for springy pastels all-over, which finishes nicely with a white/grey sole setup. A variety of stores will have these over the next week-plus, so check with your favorites and stick with Sneaker News because more NB collabs are crossing borders than ever before.

The WMNS category is getting a little bit of collab love from New Balance in the form of this 996 pair. The sneaker was whipped up by the Beauty & Youth folks, who have been hard at work with a ton of collabs from all over the sneaker world as of late. The ladies colorway is a being/pink/gold affair, one that keeps branding on the insoles in typical, lowkey New Balance fashion. See the full shots right after the jump and lookout for this gold tinted NB pair at stores like Hanon this Saturday, April 20th. Also, stay tuned in case they make their way to US shops.

New Balance ‘Made in USA’ releases are held to a high quality standard that on occasion results in the product arriving at retail a bit later than expected. In this case, they must have done a perfect job the first time, because here we see a new style dropping today that was slated for next month. It worked spectacularly well on the three ‘Color Pack’ releases from the first quarter, so New Balance recognized that this year’s most prolific 996 pattern would be just as satisfying in the brand’s traditional colors. The resulting sweetness is this New Balance 996 in navy suede and mesh that adds silvery greys including a textured leather on the rear that serves to underline the reflective side panel ‘N’ branding. These photos feature the old 996 tongue tag, which suggests that might look a little different once these arrive on store shelves in July, so have a closer look below and stick with Sneaker News for word on US availability.

Following up on three releases for spring that stand out as the model’s most expressive to date, the New Balance 996 returns to a more traditional approach for the summer season. This M996RG is a light grey and white suede and mesh construction, adding reflective silver to the side ‘N’ and trailing tier, as well as select navy and red accents. It’s a softer take on the classic New Balance look that’s perfect as we approach the ‘white’ season, so have a closer look below, then pre-order this May ‘Made in USA’ shipment from End.

United Arrows’ Beauty & Youth imprint continues its partnership with New Balance, this time offering a ladies-only collaboration. The Beauty & Youth x New Balance W996 might remind you of the ‘Year of the Snake’ Nike WMNS Air Max 1 thanks to its mix of beige suede, coral accents and metallic gold branding. But in typically low-key New Bal fashion, this one doesn’t feature any extra theming and instead relies upon the quality of its materials and their clever arrangement. Have a closer look below and stick with Sneaker News for updates on what looks like an April release.

The latest New Balance collaboration to arrive on the scene is another in a long line of partnerships with Japanese fashion labels. This time it’s a women’s brand, as the Jeanasis x New Balance 996 arrives in a colorway Nike in particular has utilized for plenty of mens, ladies and kids sneakers over the years. The black upper mixes suede, mesh and leather with green and white accents, includes the ‘flag’ lace tag we’ve seen on other Far East NB collabs. There’s another pair mixing in a few grey tones along with pink accents that might be coming along soon, because select ladies sizes of the Jenasis WR996JEB are available now from Euro shops like Hanon.
