What are your thoughts on this Flightposite redux? The Flightposite has made a come-back in ACG x Air Max form while adopting the “I-95″ nomenclature on its way, aiming to be one of the must-have options for the Holiday 2012 season. We’ve already seen the Metallic Gold colorway pop up at retailers, and now we’re getting a good viewing of the tonal-black colorway that will certainly be fitting for the inclement weather. Oneness has these in stock right now so check out the additional angles below and let us know what your thoughts are on this re-hashed Nike Basketball classic and if the $250 suggested retail price is fitting for this release.

Amidst an already pretty packed release weekend, the crazy Foamposite hybrid known as the Nike I-95 Posite Max has popped up, the wink and nod name sort of paying tribute to the DMV area that so often likes to claim the Foam craze. The pair takes the familiar shape of the Nike Flightposite and slides an air bubble across the bottom, with this initial colorway being a not-so-gaudy metallic gold. It’s Flightposite vs. the Goadome in All Conditions Gear’s latest epic adventure, as the Nike I-95 Posite Max stretches both familiar designs for the latest Nike Foamposite Boots. Following in the tradition of hybrids like the Foamdome and Air Bakin’ Posite Max, the ACG I-95 Posite Max will arrive later this quarter with its name referencing the Mid-Atlantic’s Foamposite fanaticism and colorways referencing the OG Flightposites, including the original Metallic Gold and a seasonally appropriate blackout edition. Who would have thought that Wale would be the guy to show off a new Foamposite design before anyone else? Just about everyone in the world. The latest thing Mr. Folarin is putting on display is quite a doozy, a Nike Flightposite hybrid of sorts that gets an air bag on bottom, a model we previously showed you via catalog scan that’s known as the Nike I-95 Posite Max. Interestingly enough this pair also features some ACG branding on the tongue, a little detail that sort of pushes them a bit more towards the Goadome ACG Boot that Wale rapped about on that mixtape smash “Nike Boots”.
