The closest the world has been to a new pair of Nike Air Flows in the OG colorway since the model first debuted over two decades ago, was Size?’s Lightweight Runners Pack from their 10th anniversary blowout year.  In that set, the Air Mariah was colored up in the Lush Teal and Varsity Purple getup that joins the above pictured Bright Cactus and Blue Glow edition at Tier Zero accounts on Saturday, June 25th.  They even look a bit like Size?’s homage to the OG Huaraches, the bright-on-white look a quintessential early ’90s look.  Click through to get a better look at these neoprene beauties after the jump and let us know if you’re gonna get yourself a pair.

Nike Lunar Flow – Summer 2011

nike lunar flow tz 12 Nike Lunar Flow Summer 2011

The initial set of Nike Lunar Flow colorways was released earlier this season, and with the dog days of summer fast approaching, what better time to see some new super-breathable, featherweight runners?  This new trio of Lunar Flows goes in a different direction as the last three.  Those looked to emulate the early ’90s golden era of Nike Running from which the OG Air Flow emanated, while these new joints are quite contemporary, their tonal Hyperfuse uppers descending into white LunarLon soles.  Click through to see closer looks at the red, black and silver pairs that are hitting select Asian retailers like atmos next Saturday and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the US release date. via mita.

Nike Air Flow – OG Colorway

nike air flow 032 Nike Air Flow OG Colorway

Sneaker News has shown you a few previews of its Lunar-soled update, but today we’re happy to have our first look at the first Nike Air Flow releases since the inception of the Swoosh’s Sportswear division.  The Air Flow was introduced in 1989 as a top of the line technical runner, its neoprene sock construction serving as a forebear to modern classics like the Air Presto and with its distinctive heel cup, there’s even a bit of Air Max 90 Current Huarache foreshadowing.  But unlike that updated model, these are true to the original, right down to the vibrant colorway that’s aged as well as any Nike classics.  Click through to see more of the upcoming Nike Air Flow retro and stick with Sneaker News for the release date and possible additional colorways.  via EK
