Basketball is back! Sneaker News already gave you the low-down the LeBron’s ‘Gold’ PE, Rajon’s Pink Foams, and Ray’s Air Jordan XVI PE, but what about the rest? Only three games went down, but there was plenty to cover; Dwyane Wade debuted the Li-Ning Way of Wade ‘Dynasty’, while Kobe rocked the Court Purple/University Gold Kobe VII in a losing effort against the Mavericks. His teammate Steve Nash wore the Lunar Hypergamer Low, and Dwight wore the adiPower Howard 3 in a Lakers colorway. In match-up between up-and-coming Cleveland and Washington, Jordan Crawford of the Wizards didn’t miss a beat from last season and wore the Air Jordan XI Low. Kyrie Irving got down with the Lunar Hyperdunk PE. A complete look at the first night of 2012-2013 NBA Season is right ahead, so take a look!

One of the highlights of last night’s season-opening match-up between the Heat and the Celtics was Rajon Rondo, one of more polarizing characters in the NBA, wearing the ‘Polarized Pink’ Nike Air Foamposite One. He managed to steal some footwear attention away from Miami’s star-studded cast of LeBron, Dwyane Wade, and Ray Allen, but Rondo wasn’t alone as teammate Jeff Green rocked the Polarized Pink Foams as well. We’ve got a detailed in-game gallery of Rondo and Green below so take a look and stay tuned for a full NBA Feet feature on last night’s season-opening games.

The campaign to promote Breast Cancer Awareness has gained an immense amount of steam over the last decade, starting from the tiny pink ribbons pinned to shirt collars to apparel brands creating pinked-out collections that directly support the research fund. The idea of ‘thinking pink’ has spilled over to footwear, as Nike Sportswear plans to release an all-pink Foamposite One in late November, although no ties to a charitable organization have been established. Does Nike plan to connect these to the Kay Yow fund, or is Nike just taking advantage of an undeniable ‘trendy’ colorway, regardless of what it represents? Another detail to note is that the official color is indeed Polarized Pink rather than ‘Pearlized Pink’, although that doesn’t make any sort of change as to how impactful these will be once they release. If you’re set on copping a pair, skip the wait and cop a pair now from skit_japan on eBay.

Let’s put a bounty on breast cancer. That’s the message sent by the NFL and everyone else wearing pink this month, as we continue to search for a cure for the disease that’s hurt too many ladies we love. Nike Sportswear brought back the Flyposite silhouette and pinked it out to start the month, and now we know that at least in China, October will also end with a ribbon-as-sneakers Foamposite release. The ‘Polarized Pink’ Nike Air Foamposite One will be quite the treat for shoppers on Wednesday, October 31st, and it looks like NSW will do their part to keep awareness up into the holidays with a Black Friday release elsewhere. So will you have to import the latest outrageous Foamposite One colorup or can you wait until the day after Thanksgiving (and be able to juggle them among other high-profile releases that day) like your sneakerhead neighbors? Let us know after you’ve seen a new round of photos after the jump and stick with Sneaker News to see if the ‘Polarized Pink’ Foam Ones do indeed arrive here in the states on Friday, November 23rd.

Pink in general is sort of making a comeback thanks to the heavy Fireberry usage from the likes of the Swoosh, but can it catapult to Cam’ron like levels once again? And if it does, do you still have your pink Range Rover to match with your pair? If any sneaker can help out it’s this, the Nike Air Foamposite One with the full on polarized pink look. Click through with us to check out a gallery of photos showing off the bubblegum Foamposite release and let us know in the comments below if you’re planning to pick up this Black Friday release.

2012 will no doubt be remembered as the year the Nike Air Foamposite One was really let out of the cage, something we can credit mostly to the ground breaking graphic print ‘Galaxy’ and ‘ParaNorman’ pairs. And while there is no doubt a certain sector of sneakerheads asking for more of these printed looks lets keep in mind that the Nike Air Foamposite One can push things pretty far just off the strength of a single strong color. In this Black Friday release that color is “pearlized pink” (or “polarized pink” depending on the source but we’ll have to wait for official confirmation on that), marking off the all around brightest pair for the year since the ‘Electrolime’ dropped. Hit the jump with us for the latest photos of the pinked out Nike Air Foamposite One and let us know if you’ll be adding these to your rotation.

Black Friday? Maybe it should be changed to “Pink Friday”, because the Nike Air Foamposite One in Polarized Pink (not Polarized Pink) is set to his select Nike Sportswear retailers this November 23rd, which falls on the notorious Black Friday shopping bonanza. Some conjecture has been regarding the connection between this Foamposite release and Nike’s Kay Yow ‘Think Pink’ fund (where proceeds go directly to the Kay Yow fund), but nothing’s been confirmed regarding the true nature of this release. Regardless of what develops, keep your calendar marked for November 23rd for this release, and let us know if these are a must-have for you.

2012 has seen some huge leaps in the way we look at the Nike Air Foamposite One, with releases like the ‘Galaxy’ and the ‘ParaNorman’ both introducing us to the idea of graphic upgrades to that molded surface. And while those are bangers in their own right let’s not lose sight of the fact that the sneaker really doesn’t need any sort of print on the upper to make it pop, as exemplified by the ‘Polarized Pink’ pair pictured above that’s on its way for November. Stay with us after the jump to get all the fresh photos of this upcoming Pepto-Bismol looking Nike Air Foamposite One and let us know if they are on your radar as a must have.
