The hologram look seems prepped to be a salient one in Nike Sportswear’s catalog moving forward. No doubt the most eye-popping is of course the Nike Vis Zoom Hyperlight “Hologram”. Toning the theme down a fair amount is this, a Nike Air Force 1 Low creation that goes all lenticular on us via the mid panel and the heel tab. Aside from that it’s a very muted affair, mixing in a steely set of greys and blacks. Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke by Vandal-A

Over the years, many dedicated AF1 appreciators have come forward to map out and execute a Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke design. Those who have stepped up to the challenge have each set out to create a supremely unique design that not only expresses individuality, but also allows each creator to leave their personal mark on the hallowed Air Force 1 legacy with their very own 1 of 1. This latest offering comes from Vandal-A, who we know as an indie producer of some of the best sneaker-related graphic tees the game has ever seen. Shifting over from tees to the Air Force 1 as his palette, he presents a tasty concept that seamlessly blends elements of two of atmos’s most legendary Air Max 1 releases (the “Safari” and “Viotech”). The shoe is brought to life through some tasteful color and material choices, using predominantly earth-toned leather, canvas and suede, while incorporating some never-done-before Bespoke details like the embroidered mini-Swoosh at the forefoot and the massive lasered ‘AIR’ on the cork heel. Nike Air Force 1 Low “Blazer” Pack – Hitting U.S. Retailers

What started as a set of lowtops has expanded into highs, and now five of the Nike Air Force 1 ‘Blazer’ colorways are set to release this Saturday, May 18th. Each pair is done up with a supple suede upper in tonal colorways, finishing up a model that borrows colors from original 1970s Blazers. They skip the fat belly Swoosh, but the intent is clear thanks to suede being relatively uncommon on general releases of the Nike Air Force 1 (plus the vintage-style tongue tags). Have a closer look at the five pairs after the jump and get ready for a whole handful of styles on Saturday as several colorways have already begun to hit retailers like Oneness.

Nike Air Force 1 High “Blazer Pack”

The Nike Air Force 1 Low isn’t the only Uptown model that will be dressing up in the “Blazer” inspired look going forward. Shown here are a couple Nike Air Force 1 High releases that do the same thing, donning a beautiful set of suedes and some old school tongue tags. The Nike Blazer is a model that’s always been more salient in the high-top version, so at least these Nike Air Force 1 Highs make a bit more sense as far as height is concerned. Nike went absolutely nuts with the Nike Air Force 1 treatment last year, celebrating the sneaker’s 30th anniversary with a horde of special editions. Could the model’s 31st year top that though? There are some mean looks on the way, including the Puerto Rico version and this-an apparently themeless Nike Air Force 1 Low. The sneaker is part black patent and part minty suede across the upper, with a tan Swoosh connecting the two sections. Nike Air Force 1 Low – Black – Total Crimson – Elephant

Elephant print has been a strong trend for the Nike Air Force 1 in 2013. We started the year with new Elephant options on NIKEiD, and the Sportswear division followed that with three AF1 Lows adding the famed crackle to their heels. Apparently that set had four colorways, as we see another variation on that template arrive a good while after the others have come and gone. This new style is sure to be a hit with its Chicago Bulls colorway furthering the Michael Jordan connection, so have a closer look below and keep your eye out for US availability.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Puerto Rico” has gotta be one of the most detailed Uptown releases we’ve ever seen. The sneaker packs in a lasered look, baseball stitching, and some beautiful leather sections in what ends up looking like a Bespoke creation. Of course this isn’t the first time that the “Puerto Rico” them has been slapped on a Nike Air Force 1 Low, but we’re going to go ahead and say that it’s the best yet in that very specific lineage.
