Following up on the Hyper Blue edition comes another entirely suede Nike Air Max 90 Essential for the first quarter. NSW ventures slightly into New Balance territory with this Classic Stone edition offering the grey to the aforementioned counterpart’s blue, but details like visible Air cushioning and a distinctive shape often characterized by high-contrast designs will make this pair’s origins quite clear. Have a closer look below so you can compare these two and keep an eye out because both are slated to arrive at Nike Sportswear retailers next month.

The Nike Air Max 90 and its peers in the Sportswear division’s Essential line have been treated to mostly simple colorways and traditional material combinations since the first pairs released last year. This latest preview falls squarely into that category but also gives us something unprecedented, as the Air Max 90 Essential covers itself entirely in Hyper Blue suede. Add in a bit of Sail and Dark Grey and you’ve got a simple and satisfying design that makes you realize Essential = highly effective. Have a closer look below and let us know what you think of the first sueded-out AM90s since the last VTs in 2011; they’ll be available at select retailers next month.

The Nike Air Max line has long been a favorite out in Europe and the bubble bottom sneakers are a frequent sight on the streets of any given metropolis across the pond. Celebrating Europe’s embrace of Tinker’s innovation is the new Nike Air Max ‘Home Turf’ collection. The group consists of three separate collections paying tribute to London, Milan, and Paris, respectively. Included are a few OG silhouettes like the Nike Air Max 1 and the Nike Air Max 90, but the set is dominated by hybrid and newer styles such as the Nike Air Max 2013, which even sees its bubble borrowed in the brand new Nike Air Max 1 2013 and the Nike Air Max 97 2013. Continue reading to get a full look at the entire set, which launches at select NSW spots on February 15th, with a wider release scheduled for March 27th.

The last time we saw some donut accenting on a custom sneaker was a Homer Simpson tribute from a few years back. This time around Ecentrik Artistry whips up a wink and nod homage to Dunkin Donuts with this sugary pair of the Nike Air Max 90. Both sneakers sport a combo of magenta and buttercup, with a dripping, frosty look on the mudguard and two separate icons showing up on the back badge in place of the typical ‘Air Max’ hit. Continue reading for a more complete look at the Nike Air Max 90 ‘Coffee and Donuts’ customs, which come complete with their own donut shoe box, and then pick up yours from Ecentrik Artistry.

Four is a strong number for a pack of sneakers. Four’s not too many to overwhelm you with choices or to preclude you from buying the whole set, but it is enough to see a variety of interpretations on a single theme. That’s what we’ve got with the ‘Speckle Camo’ WMNS Nike Air Max 90, a quartet established by the appearance of a new orange, white and grey edition. These speckle-meshed Air Max 90s for women are blocked similarly to the three pairs we’ve already seen, but stand out from the group thanks to the metallic treatment on the silver Swooshes. Let us know if that makes them the best after you’ve seen more below and stick with Sneaker News for all the latest Nike Sportswear previews. via SA

Joining two colorways previewed about two weeks ago that’d earned a ‘Speckle Camo’ nickname thanks to their unique pattern where the WMNS Nike Air Max 90 typically features mesh is the third and most neutral of the pack. Opting for a greyscale mix of white, grey and navy that’s one of the easiest to successfully pair with a variety of outfits, this Air Max 90 for women should be ready for a March launch, which suggests the entire trio is coming our way sometime in the two months remaining in the spring 2013 season. Stick with Sneaker News for word on US availability and let us know which is your favorite after checking out more images below.
