Following up on the first mens release from longtime Nike Sportswear partner Liberty London comes another look at a very similar pattern in a decidedly more feminine implementation.  From a black base and studs around the Swoosh to all-pink and a more overt floral appeal, the Liberty x Nike Air Max 90 will find its way into a ton of different outfits thanks to the grounding influence of a creamy beige base tone.  Stick with Sneaker News to find out what else fills out the latest round of Liberty x NSW designs (could that similar floral Free 5.0 V4 be revealed as a collabo?) and let us know if the latest is the best after you’ve seen more below.

nike air max 90 salmon toe customs Nike Air Max 90 “Salmon Toe” Customs by JWDanklefs

Ronnie Fieg’s back catalog of Asics releases seems to get harder to track down with every subsequent release. JWDanklefs has decided to remedy that problem by porting over some of Fieg’s most treasured blockings onto a couple of Nike Air Max 90 customs. Serving as a sequel to his Nike Air Max 90 ‘Leatherback’ is the Nike Air Max 90 ‘Salmon Toe’ shown here. The pair puts pink on the front end and under the Swoosh, with the rest of the sneaker picking up the proper navy and white sections to complete the equation. Get a better look at the Nike Air Max 90 ‘Salmon Toe’ after the jump and tell us in the comments if you approve of this JWDanklefs job.

Mint, teal, turquoise and similar shades in the blue-green range are peculiar in that they all convey a certain level of neutrality, but require more selectivity when pairing with other greens than blues or other hues. Here’s a great example of how to do it right on the Nike Air Max 90 for kids, a mostly black design that features accents roughly split between Neo Turquoise and Volt (whose yellow lean makes all the difference as compared to an equally energetic shade like Green Spark). Their successful pairing is most evident on the two-tone ‘AIR MAX’ badge, so click through for more details, then grab yours from Nike Sportswear stockists like SNS.

Furthering the suspicion that Nike Sportswear’s Air Max 90 ‘Snake’ lineup is set at three colorways is the second of those designs now appearing in a series of follow-up images.  The Vivid Sulfur and Obsidian shades on this upcoming Nike Air Max 90 feel more subdued in these new shots, a fact that in no way dulls the impact of the forceful contrast that made this combo popular for so many sports teams and universities.  There are very few serpent mascots in the US so this conceptual contrast makes for an extra layer you can appreciate when viewing more photos below, and be sure to stick with Sneaker News for release info.
