Slowing a bit after a burst of early-summer activity, the Nike Air Max 95+ BB is back with new colorway to add some extra variety to your last minute back-to-school shopping. Featuring a stealthy mix of Dark Grey, Wolf Grey and Obsidian, these offer an alternate take on the grey-dient styles that’ve been so popular on this silhouette. The latest Nike Sportswear release bound to draw comparisons to the world’s most valuable sports franchise has just arrived at a retailer who also makes its home in the Big Apple, and you can see more images of this new Air Max 95 360 below before grabbing yours at Kith.

It was just about six weeks ago that Nike Sportswear released a Nike Air Max+ 95 (360) that offered a glimpse at what this new silhouette can do with the OG ‘Neon’ colorway. We marveled at how the Big Bubble Air Max 95 offered contrasting gradients courtesy of its Hyperfuse construction, and by that measure, this new pair is an even better representation of that ‘nu-Neon’ vibe. These New AM95BBs apply a ‘reverse’ gradient to their base layer, and though we’ve seen that on several Ninety Fives over the years, none of those offered the kind of visual intensity you get from Volt on the laces, eyelets, ‘ribs’ and Max Air cushion. Check them out up close after the jump, let us know how they compare to the aforementioned style and grab yours at NSW stores like Social Status.

Chili is the particular shade of red most commonly associated with the legendary Air Max 95, but just last summer, Nike Sportswear issued a Solar Red-accented edition that offered its own twist on that familiar OG grey-dient style. Add a few more degrees of deviation and you end up with something like the model pictured above: the Nike Air Max+ (95) 360. This new round of pictures makes the Big Bubbled 95‘s upper tiers look even more distinct than in earlier previews, which results in a stratified look that implies the process by which it was constructed. Click through to get a closer view and keep July 1st marked on your calendar as Nike will drop these babies in just a few short weekends. Photos: mita sneakers

Remember how the Nike Air Max 95 was one of the last Air Max models to jump on the Hyperfuse train? These days it seems to be the pair among the lineage most consistently donning the remixed look, perhaps doing its best to make up for lost time. The resultant Nike Air Max 95 360 allows for a bit more leeway with the colors, an allowance put to great use with this very ‘Infrared’ looking pair. Continue reading to see all of the angles of this Nike Air Max 95 360 and its glowing bubbles in all their glory and let us know if you’re on board with this particular new-era model. Here’s the latest example of why, even if you’re a fan of the original, you’ve got to at least listen to a hybrid that can double up the signature gradients while updating the construction and blowing out the airbag. The Nike Air Max+ (95) 360 has also been labeled ‘BB’ for its ‘big bubble’, the full-length uncaged Max Air cushion. That sole is every bit the expression of modern performance as the understated greyscale Hyperfuse blend that’s more visually impactful than the average neon or otherwise attention grabbing colorways. See what we mean on the other side, then grab yours at Nike Sportswear dealers like Sneaker Bistro.

The Nike Air Max+ (95) 360 has proven to be one of the year’s pleasant surprises, its reprisal of Sergio Lozano’s impeccable masterpiece bringing enough novelty to the table that even many purists have given these their nod of approval. This new black BB doubles up on gradients: darker-than-OG greys on the muscle fibers and Sport Red on the ribs, also sublimating itself into the black midsole. Add in the familiar 3M reflective heel stripe and signature branding and these are hard to pass up. Have another look at them in additional images after the jump, then head to Sneaker Bistro today as they have them a bit in advance of the June 7th release date.

The recent ‘What the Max’ drop showed off the Nike Air Max+ 95 360‘s incredible capacity for intricate colorblocking, its tiered look the next logical step from the mass of gradient designs that continue to typify the original AM95 silhouette. Take that step in a slighty different direction, and you end up with a design like this new Air Max 95 BB, one that sees new potential in the upper’s distinct ‘ribs’ thanks again to the power of Hyperfuse construction. So instead of a gradient marking the entire length of ‘muscle fibers’, these grey and Volt 95 360s apply a fade to each of the neon columns laid atop a base that offers a grey-dient in its own right. This is next gen ‘Neon’ and it’s available now at select Nike Sportswear shops like Mr. R. Photos: ITSB

The words “What the…” are typically followed by a four-letter expletive, but in tomorrow’s case, that word will be anchored at three as the Nike Air Max ‘What The Max’ gets ready for a retail release at select Nike Sportswear retailers. These have already hit shops in Asia a few weeks back, so by now the buzz surrounding this trio is at the perfect height for you to cash in on because we haven’t seen a dedicated set of Air Max releases in such a dazzling rainbow of colorways. Air Max 90 Hyperfuse, 2012, or 95 360 – you can’t go wrong with any one of the three, but you will go wrong by sleeping on these for too long, so be sure to be at your local NSW shop like WEST NYC tomorrow (note: Nikestore has delayed its release to the near future but all other locations will release on schedule), or cop ‘em now on eBay.
