Just a few short weeks into the NBA Season and the major Feet players have already been established. The boys in Toronto continue their streak, with Amir Johnson’s Air Jordan XIII ‘Bulls’, DeRozan’s ‘Air Jordan III ‘White/Cement’, and Dominic McGuire’s Air Jordan XIII ‘Altitude’. Nate Robinson’s weekend consisted of the Air Jordan V CDP and the Air Jordan XII ‘Flu Game’, while Paul Geroge rocked the Air Jordan XI ‘Space Jam’. Kobe Bryant, the last Nike Signature athlete to not debut his new sig shoe, wore the Nike Zoom Kobe VII Point 5 in a White/Concord colorway. Better watch out for the Toronto Raptors – they’re heating things up! On Monday night, DeRozan wore the Air Jordan V ‘Fire Red’, joined by Amir Johnson in the Chicago X and Dominic McGuire in the Cool Grey XI. Melo kept the Knicks perfect with the Melo M8 Advance, while LeBron kept the Heat on a roll with the LeBron X ‘Pressure’. Shannon Brown whipped out the Team Brown Hyperposites while LaMarcus show him what the PE game is like. But among all the hot sneaker sightings, none was as surprising as Jerry Stackhouse, who wore the Fila Stack Mid during a Nets Home game. We already gave you a heads up on release dates for two upcoming Hyperposite offerings, but these Dark Obsidian/Dynamic Blue joints deserve priority because they’re releasing very soon. Confirmed by Nike to hit Nikestore and select retailers this Thurdsay, November 15th in Quickstrike fashion, these two-toned blue Hyperposites should have a lot more appeal to Posite fans for the familiar colorway (akin to last year’s Binary Blue Zoom Rookies). Camo-print has been well-established as a street-ready concept for years, so placing it on the Air Max Hyperposite? Like the folks at Epic Meal Time on YouTube would say, camo on Hyperposites is “Smart”. The print seen here isn’t the classic Army version, but the newer tiger-camo that’s been a rather ubiquitous visual detail for 2012 (although none are as rugged as these). Nike plans on releasing these on December 6th, so mark your calendars for yet another high-profile Hyperposite release and let us know in the comments if these are among the must-have colorways of this amazing new design.

This past weekend’s NYC-inspired Nike Hyperposite ‘Statue of Liberty’ should’ve created some nice buzz around the high-tech model, so luckily there’s another Hyperposite just around the corner – the Team Brown/Orange colorway. Confirmed for a release on November 21st, this Brown/Orange colorway adds on to the already diverse collection of colorways set forth by the Hyperposite, assuring us that Nike expects us to wear these on the street with our casual gear as much as we would on a basketball court. Is there any doubt that the Nike Air Max Hyperposite ‘Statue of Liberty’ is the clear top colorway for that model so far? The first photos to arrive of this NYC style colorway gave a huge boost to model in general, showing the public exactly what it was capable of given a proper graphical treatment.
