For sneakerheads, packing for a vacation or an extended tour requires an elite level of tetris-like luggage-stuffing ability. Aside from selecting what you plan on wearing, fitting ‘em inside a suitcase without squishing ‘em into flip-flops is always a concern, so take a page out of Theophilus London‘s book; he’s currently on tour and needs to keep his sneaker rotation fresh and diverse, and what he shows off here (Air Yeezy 2s, Chicago X, Grape V, Last Shot XIVs, and his Del Toro collab) proves that he’s serious about his sneaker game. Which of the notable sneakers do you own in your own collection?

Has the excitement of the Air Yeezy 2 subsided yet? According to one t-shirt designer, not quite. Here’s a look at an Air Yeezy 2 t-shirt designed ‘all-over’ style, which should serve as a throwback to the late-2000′s era of similarly designed t-shirts; it’s got the Wolf Grey/Pure Platinum Yeezy 2s in a cascade of re-prints that spill over the edges of the sleeves, neck, and waist, but the design is rather demure compared to the asking price, which sits at a price tag of $90,300. It’s certainly a ‘What The Yeezy?’ as any other, but the seller notes that his price is negotiable because he will entertain ‘best offers’. Obviously, 90k for a unofficial Nike t-shirt is too high to be taken seriously, but the creator of the t-shirt, Wilfry, also made a recent splash for his ‘Art by Art Jacobs’ t-shirt, which became one of the more humorous stories in urban fashion circles a few months ago. More of this Yeezy 2 t-shirt below, and let us know what your true appraisal value of this t-shirt is and if you’d cop with a workable pricetag!

Now hold up I ain’t trying to stunt man/but the Yeezys jumped over the Jumpman
That Kanye claim was first made on his recently released track New Gold Flow, appropriately echoed last night as him and the GOOD Music team performed a gang of tracks at the 2012 BET Awards. And while we’re not making any claims that ‘Ye is anywhere close to Mike’s line as far as importance in the sneaker world, you wouldn’t know it by looking at the celebrity crowd in attendance for the award show on the weekend. Kevin Hart wore the Nike Air Yeezy 2 ‘Pure Platinum’ as did Kanye, with Wale and Spike Lee both wearing the ‘Black/Solar Red’ at one point or other. Separating himself from saturation of his second Nike design Kanye even broke out a sample pair of Nike Air Yeezy 1′s to prove his footwear prowess. Of course Wale, self described as “Mr. never wear the same thing” had a nice switch up as well when he brought out some unreleased heat in the form of the Nike Air Penny V ‘Phoenix Suns’. Click through for all the shots of those guys and more including Stalley, Jamie Foxx, and Big Sean after the jump and let us know who had the best sneaker game at the 2012 BET Awards. Photos: Zimbio

Kim Kardashian may not be a sneakerhead, but her ‘shoe’ game is serious. We’re not talking Nikes and Jordans, but high-end Choos and Louboutins that, in terms of retail price, blow any sneaker out of the water. So Kim K has certainly established a geniune appreciation for footwear, but it’s only recently that she’s getting into sneakers – perhaps Yeezy did in fact instruct her properly. She was recently spotted with the Black/Solar Red Yeezy Deux in a similarly all-black get-up (she might’ve borrowed Kanye’s leggings too) while strolling around town, so it seems she’s giving kicks a priority over heeled shoes lately. Check out more of Kim below and let us know if you think she deserves legitimate consideration as a ‘sneakerhead’. Photos: upscalehype

Tinker Hatfield. Eric Avar. Nathan Van Hook? The first two names have been Nike legends for decades, but NVH has only been with Nike since 2008 – but his track record thus far puts him on pace to forging a legacy as strong as Tinker and Eric. Sneaker News had a chance to sit down with NSW’s Senior Footwear Designer Nathan Van Hook a couple of years back to discuss his design of the Aina Chukka, but more recently, The Hue of Canada got to chat about one of the most polemic yet praised designs in Nike history – the Air Yeezy 2. Among other details, Nathan notes how Kanye West himself oversaw all the details and construction of the design. This is truly a can’t-miss piece if you’re a true nut over NSW and the label’s most valuable assets, so head on over to The Hue for the entire feature and let us know what you think!

We’ve seen how stuntin’ in Nike Air Yeezy 2s can literally extend to skateboarding, but what about a world-class tennis match in this Air Tech Challenge-soled lifestyle blockbuster? Nike Tennis star and arguably the greatest to ever pick up a racquet, Roger Federer wasn’t smashing aces in the ‘Solar Red’ Air Yeezy 2, but was instead spotted holding court in London with his wife Mirka, getting comfy with the British fog in advance of next week’s Wimbledon start. Federer is known for having some of the most technically advanced sneakers on the market but this is the first we’ve seen of him in our Celebrity Feet feature; might this appearance be the kind of thing he needs, or will Andre Agassi’s sneaker legacy remain untopped? Have a closer look at Fed in the Yeezy 2 and let us know who you think has rocked it best so far. via Zimbio

How’s this for inducing “a weeping and a moaning and a gnashing of teeth”: you got lucky or paid out the wazoo and got that elusive pair of Nike Air Yeezy 2s, but then you’ve gotta subject them to a hardcore skateboarding wear test! Most sneakerheads would beg for mercy but Minneapolis’ A. Hart grinded to Kanye West’s beat by the same name in a recent examination of the Yeezy 2′s skate credentials. Judging from the grinds, slides and flips on and around the Yeezy-2-fied funbox, Ye’s second Nike Sportswear collabo can indeed be appropriated for purposes other than ‘lifestyle’. On the other hand, we don’t have any feedback on the durability, and a mesh toebox isn’t exactly the kind of thing you’d typically associate with repeated griptape abrasions. So yes, you can most definitely turn heads and even successfully land some tricks in the Nike Air Yeezy 2, but the real question here is: how does that decision look over the long term? Let us know what you think when you’re on the other side watching the video and stick with Sneaker News for more of the rarest and most desired kicks in the world in unique situations.
