Spotted during the Nike Mag 2011 Unveiling event at Nike Sportswear @ The Montalban in Hollywood, CA was the Nike Air Yeezy ‘Glow In The Dark’ samples, seen on the feet of Tiffany Beers, a Nike Product Innovator whose notable works include the Air Yeezy and Nike Mag 2011 redesign. The Glow In The Dark sample has made its rounds on the internet for some time, and it’s quite appropriate for Beers (officially the coolest surname of all-time) to show off these rare gems during the Nike Mag 2011 event, a sneaker that may have had some influence, direct or indirect, on the original design of the Nike Air Yeezy. If you watched the MTV VMAs, you probably caught Kanye West wearing the Nike Air Yeezy 2 during the Otis performance. Kanye debuted what looks like a Zen Grey like colorway of the Nike Yeezy 2. Earlier in the year, Mr West showed off the first public view of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 at the 2011 Coachella festival. And before that, he was seen in Kobe Bryant’s Black Mamba short film wearing a black version of the Yeezy 2. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for more new photos the Nike Air Yeezy 2.

Last weekend, Nike athletes gathered in China for the Nike Festival of Sports – a weekend-long extravaganza promoted sport culture in China and the world. Representing the basketball wing of the Swoosh were Nike Basketball athletes LeBron James, Amare Stoudemire, Chris Bosh, Tyson Chandler, and new recruit Kyrie Irving. Amare Stoudemire was spotted in Shanghai rocking the Nike Air Yeezy in the ‘Net’ colorway (a shoe that doesn’t look so high-top on him). We’ve caught Amare rocking some notable kicks before, like the Flint and Playoff XIII as well as the Cool Grey XI, but are these the best we’ve seen from him so far? Hip-hop artist Wiz Khalifa stopped by BET’s 106 & Park on Tuesday to chat with hosts Terrence J and Rocsi about a number of topics, which ranged from his Rolling Papers World Tour to Amber Rose, as well as thoughts on education. During the session, Wiz wore the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’, which marks yet another Air Jordan sighting on the Pittsburgh native. His more recent Celebrity Feet sightings included the Space Jams, the Air Jordan VI ‘Infrared’, and the Air Jordan XII Low ‘Black Patent’.
