Can we count on more stateside releases of the coveted Nike Blazer for the latter half of this year? The vintage Swoosh silhouette has been fairly difficult to pick up in the US as of late, but with the Marble Mesh joints that are set to release this weekend, perhaps we’ve seen a change in pace. The latest look is a women’s exclusive, one that keeps that oversized Swoosh intact in a clean white while a vintage tongue and pre-aged outsole add that vintage vibe. The suede construction is a nice addition in a dark pink while burgundy rounds out the model on the inner lining and outsole. What do you think of this Nike WMNS Blazer Mid? Grab a better look after the click and stay tuned for a stateside release in the near future.

We’ve seen the Nike Blazer Lux toy around with a plethora of premium materials before that lend themselves to the silhouette’s namesake. There was the run of suede uppers with ventilated perforations making up the Swoosh, a couple of denim pairs with jean-like stitching throughout the upper, and now this textile one that almost looks woven. Featuring alternating zigzag panels of Deep Garnet and Midnight Navy, the lining and branding get the blue hue for a look that we’ve seen before. See more below for a better look and be on the lookout for a stateside release date in the near future.

“A new level of comfort never before felt on a Blazer.” That’s what’s promised by this new pair that sports the Lux TXT build. Apparently the lion’s share of the evidence is visible on the inside of the sneakers, but the soft look that shows up on the heel tab gives us a good suggestion of what they’re working with. Get a full set of images for them after the break in these clean black/white colorway and watch for info on a North American release for this Nike Blazer Lux right here on Sneaker News.

Nike Sportswear is bringing back the Cut-Out build of Air Maxes and Blazers for a new set of womens sneakers. The group has sort of a snake look to it, as well as a shiny treatment on top for both pairs. The good news is that none of the Cut-Out styles to date have ended up as regionally exclusive, so you can expect them show up at American NSW accounts sooner or later. While you wait for that, check out the Nike Sportswear WMNS Cut Out “Bronze Snake” Pack below and give us a heads up in the comments which you like more.

It seems that Nike has only just begun as far as special Brazil sneakers that tie into this summer’s 2014 World Cup in that South American nation. The latest among them is a set that zooms in on specific cities around the country, with this Nike Blazer being a Sao Paulo tribute. The jacquard upper of the sneakers is inspired by the “Portuguese Pavement” that makes up the city’s stone sidewalks. Take another look at the new Nike Blazer Zoom Hi SP “São Paulo” and watch for retailers like Footpatrol to launch them this Thursday, June 26th.

One of the Oldest Nike Basketball PEs Ever on eBay

nike blazer john lambert One of the Oldest Nike Basketball PEs Ever on eBay

There was a time when player exclusive sneakers from Nike were much more tame, opting for a simple callout by name of the connected player rather than a wild, story driven special make up. Shown here is an early pair from their PE archives, a Nike Blazer created for John Lambert. The tags aren’t showing in these photos, but the listing mentions that they are of the made in Japan persuasion (Nike sourced labor from there in the 70s and early 80s). Continue reading to see all three of these crazy vintage Nike player exclusives and bid on the three-sneaker set now from licence88 on eBay.

nike blazer vintage turquoise obsidian Nike Blazer Vintage Turquoise + Obsidian

If the Nike Blazer “Vintage Pack” did not satisfy your appetite for vintage style builds of that sneaker that helped Nike hop into the basketball sneaker market way back in the 70s then fear not, as there are more on the way. Landing outside of that range but still being of the faux-vintage persuasion (No yellowing this time around) is this duo featuring two different heights. Get with us after the click to see both the turquoise and the obsidian for these new Blazers and hope with us that they don’t end up as some of the many Blazers to never hit here in the states.
