A couple of holiday season releases pushed the bounds of acronym suffixes when they dropped in VacTech form, but the Nike Dunk High AC also looks quite nice when it’s held together with tonal stitches, as in the case of the above pictured new look. These Khaki suede Dunk Highs rate very high on lifestyle appeal thanks to the classic yet freshly applied autoclaved sole supporting an upper that’s so neutral these might be your single favorite shoe of the spring. Click through so you can see more details including the unique striped tongue that could potentially be replicated across a couple more palettes, then head to one of the Nike Sportswear shops where they’re available now like Switzerland’s Titolo.

Two lowtops plus two hightops equals four premium takes on a couple of classic Nike Sportswear silhouettes. Soon to be joined by similarly styled Match Classic lowtops are these two Nike Dunk High ACs in buttery smooth monochromatic leather. These Tier Zero Dunk High ACs go with the Blazer-style bellied Swoosh used on ?uestlove’s collaborative releases and the March Madness VNTG drops from earlier this year; which set wins the battle of the old school casual kings? You’ll see more of both the black and Bronze Deconstructed Pack Quickstrikes after the jump, and they’re available now at NSW spots like AsphaltGold and also on eBay.

The fat-belly-Swooshed, Blazer-esque pack that dropped on the eve of March Madness this year probably deserves an asterisk as an aftershock of Questlove’s Dunk High BZ collaboration, so we’ve only seen one pack of straight-up Nike Dunk High ACs this entire year. And since the Dunk High AC borrows from skate and casual styles for its vulcanized sole, it’s only right to see the model reach across and grab a material combo that’s worked so well on running shoes: suede and mesh. The Dunk High AC ‘Mesh Pack’ lays tonal suede atop a mesh base with contrast stitching the same color as their Swooshes and sockliners, and you can see more images of the grey/volt, black/red and navy/blue joints by clicking on the jump below. Let us know which colorway you prefer and stick with Sneaker News for the US release date because these just touched down at Nike Sportswear’s Paris location. via HS

Ask any Rutgers fan or anyone who saw yesterday afternooon’s Big East Tournament tilt with St. John’s for that matter, and they’ll let you know there’s absolutely some insanity in the air right now. March Madness begins with Championship Week and with the NCAA Tournament right around the corner, it’s a perfect time for Nike Sportswear to revisit two of their most iconic basketball silhouettes. The Nike Dunk High AC VNTG March Madness pack applies Vintage Blazer styling to the Dunk High silhouette and these two new releases in Varsity Red and Varsity Royal are about as old school as it gets. These beautiful Quickstrikes are hitting NSW accounts now so act fast to get yours from retailers like Extra Butter or on eBay.

Nike Sportswear issued a pack of Vintage Dunk Lows earlier this year in honor of a set of CO.JP cult classics but this latest collection goes back much further in search of inspiration. Releasing just after the similarly-Swooshed ?uestlove pack is the new quartet of Nike Dunk High AC VNTG QS releases. They’re essentially a Dunk High silhouette with Blazer High Suede Vintage trimmings, everything from the classic rough tongue and fat bellied Swoosh to the pre-yellowed vulcanized sole. And these four suede colorways stack up nicely against the best VNTG Blazer drops, a range of primary colors including red, orange, yellow and royal blue. Click through for close-ups of every pair and look for these starting Wednesday, March 9th at select NSW spots like Michigan’s Premier.
