Sneaker News showed you the first Nike Free 5.0 kids colorway about a month ago, a Tropical Teal edition covered in Safari spots. Here’s another Free 5.0 GS where patterns play a key role, but instead of bright and colorful, this one is more intended to blend in. Mixing black with Metallic Silver and Cool Grey plus a bit of unlabeled red at the tongue, this barefoot runner will keep your kids both looking good and moving fluidly throughout the summer. Take a closer look in more images after the jump, then grab yours from retailers like Titolo.

With the revelation of the Free Flyknit and Hyperfeel, earlier Nike Free runners have some serious work ahead of them to keep up with the latest and greatest. The Nike Free 5.0 EXT has a solid plan in embracing the summer season with a trio of gingham-based suede colorways that mimic the checkerboard pattern common to BBQ tablecloths. Black, Dark Grey and Midnight Navy colorups keep things relatively subdued aside from the eye-catching checker, so click through to see more images and stick with Sneaker News to see if this Quickstrike trio releasing this Saturday in Japan makes it to US retailers.

While the EXT edition is distinct with its casually-oriented suede and textile builds, the Nike Free 5.0+ Breathe is less obviously different than the ‘standard’ 5.0s.  This suffix, originally presented by a Japanese retailer as ‘Breeze’, suggests great ventilation, a key feature for summertime sneakers.  This ladies colorway also stands out from earlier styles by its use of a soft gradient on the forefoot, an effect that serves to bring this tonal green and white palette together quite nicely.  Check them out in more detail after the jump, then grab a pair at shops like Concepts.
