We’re just a few weeks away from October, which means that we’re just a few weeks away from a whole heap of “Think Pink” sneakers. Nike Basketball will of course be participating, as evidenced here by the Nike Zoom Run the One and the Nike Hyperdunk 2014 pairs that both have a pinked out motif and even the Kay Yow ribbon logo. We’ve got a feeling that more models will be joining the fray, but for now this is all there is. Of course Nike Basketball’s Big Three were ouftitted in Christmas sneakers this week, but they weren’t the only ones who had access to special colorways. Perhaps even more special were the periphery pairs like the Nike Hyperdunk 2013, Nike Hyperfuse 2013, and Nike Hyperquickness seen on feet here; as these sort generally don’t end up making it to retail, it’s a fairly exclusive treat to see them on the NBA court on the big day. A Nike Basketball release we haven’t seen all that much proves its popularity by launching a sequel pictured above.  The Nike Hyperquickness 2014 comes through with another lightweight option to run alongside the established Hyperfuse series.  Its name has been shortened from last year, and as we can see in the image of the sole, that’s because they’ve switched from Zoom Air cushioning to a LunarLon midsole for an even lighter build.  Click through to see more of the Hyperquickness 2014 and stick with Sneaker News for release info.
