Nike Basketball is doing the ‘Easter’ thing once again this year via their Big Three silhouettes. The Nike KD V ‘Easter’ is of course Kevin Durant’s entry into the lineup, a turquoise blue and bright citrus concoction that goes a little crazy with respect to the Swooshes included (Which are unfortunately a little obscured in the photos we’ve seen so far). Take another look at the Nike KD V ‘Easter’ with us right after the jump and watch for the sneakers to release on March 29th, 2013.

Don’t you get the random urge to unbox your deadstock shoes and slice them up every which way possible? The answer is probably no. But one group of folks has been going through with their ‘dissected sneakers’ series for a while now, putting the Nike KD V ‘Christmas’ under the microscope for its latest feature and giving us a look at the innards of this $115 sneaker. The Nike KD V ‘Aunt Pearl’ definitely tones down the pinked out look that hit on the Nike Zoom KD IV iteration of that theme. But what it may lack in rosy hues it more than makes up for in its beautiful textures. A close up look at the sneaker reveals what appears to be an embossed pattern wrapping the entirety of the upper. Nike Basketball’s ‘Statue of Liberty’ concept was brought to life during the Battle of the Boroughs in NYC last August when one squad donned a sick Hyperposite colorway of Mint and Copper, representing the iconic landmark located on a small island off of Manhattan. Since then, ‘Statue’ has been a popular pick for sneaker customizers as we get a first look of Nike KD Vs done by JP Custom Kicks in similar style, going a bit lighter on the copper blotches on the upper. Further proving that the Nike KD V is ready for the graphic look going forward is the upcoming Nike KD V ‘N7′ shown here. The pair pushes a triangular print onto the blue and yellow upper and of course comes equipped with the Nike N7 logo on the tongue. How was your conquest for the Nike LeBron X ‘Cork’ over the weekend? The sneaker proved to be one of the more difficult purchases of the young year, and promises to be a muse for the custom creators going forward. The latest to whip up a tribute is Expression Airbrush, who outfits the Nike KD V with a cork look on this creation. The mature, brown and red combination gets painted on for some places, and put on with actual cork in others (Just check the shots of their premium packaging). It looks like Kevin Durant’s latest signature sneaker will carry on the tradition of giving back to the Native American community via the Nike KD V ‘N7′. The first look at that sneaker has just arrived, with the teaser photos showing off the N7 logo on the tongue along with a geometric pattern lining the upper in a blue and yellow fade. Another Nike KD V colorway looks to be joining the ranks of Kevin Durant’s arsenal soon-one that is dipped in a punchy mixture of reddish hues. The sneaker, shown above together with the also recently previewed tonal red version, breaks up the blocking a bit by slapping on complimentary yellow and pink sections across the upper. The Oklahoma City Thunder colors even manage their way onto the shoe thanks to the blue/orange setup running along the tongue.
