While we still wait for the first pairs to arrive here in the States, Nike Sportswear readies new ladies’ styles for one of its newest casual designs. The Nike Kenshin Chukka Textile for women takes advantage of the patterning we’ve seen on other colorways with two frosted nylon styles whose pixel polka dots seem all at once familiar and totally fresh. Burgundy and blue pairs exhibit similar tonal depth thanks to the woven ankle collar, laces and other monochromatic hits, so have a closer look at both pairs after the jump below and stick with Sneaker News for word on US availability. When we previewed trio of triangular-patterned Kenshin Chukkas yesterday here on Sneaker News, the presence of a more tightly woven ankle collar than appeared on the initial catalog images suggested that was perhaps a unique feature of the Textile edition. But now seeing the Nike Kenshin Chukka Leather and all of its details that match up with those first shots, it’s clear that indeed the ankle has been revised to more of an elastic closed weave as opposed to the see-through basket look. This works great on a black leather pair whose Swoosh is perforated into the side panels, and you can see more images after the jump below in advance of the July release date. via Limited Edt

Forget a fab five, Nike Sportswear now has six freshmen lifestyle designs in the Ralston, Manor, Roshe, Sauble and Wardour, plus the above pictured model which in just its second appearance, shows quite a bit of versatility. The Nike Kenshin Chukka showed up in February with Blazer Mid-borrowed perf-through Swoosh and unique woven ankle collar, and while the latter is still there in some form, it manifests as differently on these triangular-patterned pairs as that pattern and its raised Swooshes compared to the earlier pairs.
