It’s been several years since the pre-Air era LDV got a retro treatment, and now we see it updated with one of Beaverton’s latest and greatest technologies. The Nike Lunar LDV Trail Low‘s name makes you wonder if a mid or hightop version might be on the way, and judging by the way the offroad-ready LunarLon platform applied to this late 1970s runner, further alterations along those lines could work quite nicely. This Lunar LDV Trail Quickstrike is perhaps the most expressive colorway we’ve seen yet, a mix of Marina Blue, Dark Copper and Total Orange that looks to be dropping in Japan this weekend, so stick with Sneaker News for updates on US release info after you’ve seen more photos below.
