NIKE LEBRON 9 LOW The Nike LeBron 9 Low is the lower version of LeBron James’ ninth mainline silhouette with Nike, featuring a Hyperfuse upper and a 360-degree Max Air unit running along the sole. The sneaker made its debut with the ‘Easter’ colorway on April 6th, 2012.

The World Basketball Festival is set to go down tomorrow in Washington DC and in Paris this weekend followed by a ‘finale’ event in Barcelona the following weekend. To celebrate this magnificent occasion of international grounds is the Nike Basketball ‘WBF’ Pack anchored by a punchy ‘Fireberry’ colorway, consisting of the Nike LeBron 9 Low, Nike Zoom Kobe VII, the all-new Zoom Hyperfuse 2012, and the Lunar Hyperdunk. The entire Pack of releases is scheduled to hit Nike Basketball retailers beginning on August 4th, so check out the entire set below (we’ll keep you updated on the Hyperdunk colorway) and let us know which of the bunch you’re looking forward to the most.

We’ve already seen an attempt at the LeBron 9 Low ‘Miami Vice’ custom, but this special ‘Elite’ version deserves special notice. You probably already caught the added carbon fiber panel on the upper (one of the primary distinguishing characteristics from the Elite to the regular version), and when paired with the Hyperfuse cut-outs at the toe, this custom looks almost like a true LeBron 9 Elite Low! In addition to the carbon fiber, Fetti D’Biasi (who like the previous fellow used the Easter Lows as the base) added pink on the interior lining. We just put you up on the exclusive shots of the upcoming Barcelona styled pairs of the Nike Zoom Kobe VII, but as it turns out, LeBron also has a little bit of Heat left in the stash as far as energetic unreleased colorways go. The pair pictured above was recently Instagrammed by LeBron James himself, apparently known as the Nike LeBron 9 Low ‘LeBronold Palmer’. The sneaker paints the Hyperfuse upper with an uber bright all-over palm tree print, sort of in the same vein as the ‘Flamingo’ version of the LeBron 8 Low, with the namesake mixed drink spotted pictured on the insole. It’s been a while since the Nike LeBron 9 Low ‘Liverpool’ made headlines, but that absence is because it was undergoing a few changes. Inspired by Liverpool FC, which LeBron is a minority owner of, the LeBron 9 Low ‘Liverpool’ featured the club’s colors as well as some significant details on the heel badge and the outsole. These latest images of the LeBrons reveal a simplified version that doesn’t make any direct ties to the club’s championship trophies and logo and is likely the final draft that will hit stores. Vincent Chase’s band of brothers disbanded last September after nearly a hundred episodes on HBO. About a month before the eighth and final season debuted, LeBron James had just come painfully close to achieving his dream of becoming an NBA champion. And while many TV critics agree that Entourage expended its creativity before that point, LeBron just proved to the world that season nine can be the best one yet. The Nike LeBron 9 Low ’Entourage’ brings the whole drama cycle full circle with a reminder that despite the expectations we’ve thrust upon him (remember how polarizing LeBron had become when the ‘Entourage’ LeBron 8 V/2s dropped?), winning three MVPs and one from the Finals in just shy of a decade isn’t exactly a turtle’s pace. The latest LeBron 9 Low arrived at NikeStore over the weekend and a full size run is available to go along with that final season DVD from earlier this month.

For most folks the sneaker selection for any event going down out in South Beach would be a no-brainer. Loso here is apparently off that by now, having had his hands on the most recent South Beach infused style for months now. Fabolous instead decided to swerve around the obvious while still paying homage to King James and his current home, lacing up in the Nike LeBron 9 Low ‘Floridians’ while lampin’ at the Coors Pool Party at the Perry Hotel in Miami. Anybody who caught the recent Dream Team documentary on TV has gotta be excited for the USA basketball squad to hit London this year. Sure we’re not expecting a group to ever match that level of greatness but hey, the 2012 team has some certified superstars. Front and center is LeBron James, whose footwear line is matching the occasion with this red, white, and blue Nike LeBron 9 Low. Will we see him switch to the lows for his Olympic activities? Did you ever think Kobe and LeBron would ever play on the same darn team? Kobe’s competitive ferocity has him fuming over his Round 2 exit, while LeBron James will try to capitalize on the ‘third time’s a charm’ proverb as he laces up for Game 1 tomorrow night, but this August, Black Mamba will join forces with LeBron (and a collective group of the NBA’s best) for the 2012 Olympics in London. Though the Games are weeks away, the actual USAB festivities will begin earlier with the World Basketball Festival, so Nike’s gonna let you in on the Red/White/Blue goodies this Saturday, as the LeBron 9 Low and Kobe VII ‘USAB’ joints hit Nike Basketball retailers like 21 Mercer.
