Updated once in 2010, the Air Trainer SC High is about to get another tech overhaul courtesy of an unexpected contemporary. The Nike Lunar 180 Trainer SC combines today’s top of the line LunarLon cushion with Hyperfuse construction up top for a thoroughly performance leaning remake of the familiar Bo Jackson silo. Where it gets interesting is the tongue logo, which reflects the inclusion of an 180-degree Air bag like those that rose to prominence in 1991. Nearly every prominent Air Trainer sneakers from the late 80′s has been redone at some point, with the Nike Air Trainer SC High getting that healthy upgrade a few years ago. There’s another rendition of that popular Trainer on the way as we get a first look at the Nike Lunar 180 Trainer SC; the anatomy of the Air Trainer SC is fairly evident on the rebuilt upper, but the midsole is wear the upgrades truly shine with the combo-package of Lunar and 180 Air.
