That icy translucent outsole has come and gone on the Nike Lunar Force 1 Low throughout the summer, most recently on that new-aged rendition of the classic all white aesthetic. The shoe has shown that it is, at the very least, just as customizable as the original Air Force 1 thanks to the iconic upper remaining rather unchanged despite the switch to the lunarlon base. Today we get a look at a new Anthracite/Black-Hyper Pink pair – a colorway that’s been etched into the Nike archives ever since the days of the Yeezy. Here the Swoosh even gets a serpent skinned textile. Are you feeling this colorway? As always, we have more for you after the break and know that this pair is available right now courtesy of SNS.

Is that a little bit of a South Beach color combination on the sole kit for these Nike Lunar Force 1s? The application of teal and pink has caused plenty of moaning and groaning about overuse before, but maybe folks will be a little bit more receptive to the treatment here as we’ve moved pretty far away from the peak of “South Beach” mania, not to mention the approach is reasonably subtle this time around. See what else this Nike Air Force 1 creation has to offer by checking below and be sure to let us know how you feel about them in the comments.

Nike Lunar Force 1 Low – Light Magnet Grey – Hyper Jade

Swoosh traditionalists shouldn’t fear that the Nike Lunar Force 1 Low could usurp the original model, as we’ve seen plenty of the Air Force 1 Low throughout the warmer months, but one can’t deny the fact that the Lunar Force variety is gaining momentum. Sure, when the likes of a teal (in this circumstance Hyper Jade) and a pink come together atop a Swoosh model, the first instinct is to jump at a South Beach call-out. But with LeBron taking up residence in Cleveland again, we’ll probably need a new name unless Nike decides to permanently archive the aesthetic. That doesn’t look to be the case here as a Light Magnet Grey serves as a base and that faint cracked-cement print arrives on the midsole. What do you think? Continue on for a better view.

Are we at the point where the combination of teal and pink on a sneaker has become so ubiquitous that a South Beach callout isn’t needed anymore? The latest Nike Lunar Force 1 ’14 Low puts the teal and pink look on a simple grey base to give the new wave low top a summer-ready appearance, one that deviates from the past few releases whether it be an all-white tendency or something more vibrant. The Lunarlon outsole is redesigned with a simpler aesthetic, one that features a subtle crocodile-like print in white and grey. What do you think? Stay tuned for a stateside release date and grab a better view after the click.

nike lunar force 1 14 white on white 01 570x400 Another Look at the Nike Lunar Force 1 14 White on White

The all white Air Force 1 has been a time honored tradition subsequently exploited through rap songs, dubbed cliche, destined for sales racks, only to make a comeback this Summer. The Nike Lunar Force 1 took away the added bulk of the classic to slim down the silhouette for modern times, all while outfitting the midsole with a comfortable Lunarlon substitute to make these extra wearable. It’s only right that the white on white look return in a Summer crowded with the pairs, but this time the outsole gets hit with a nice translucent icy blue to mix things up.
