Its successor is waiting in the wings, but Nike Running’s fourth LunarGlide continues to release new colorways even as the product cycle seems to be ending. The Nike LunarGlide+ 4 once again experiments with a two-toned sockliner in contrast to a neutral upper, this Squadron Blue and Pimento makeup the mens answer to the Laser Purple-accented Cool Grey WMNS pair we most recently spotlighted. How the high-contrast look compares to this monochromatic rendition is something you can decide after seeing more photos below, then grab this new LunarGlide 4 at select retailers like Premier.

We’ve seen the upcoming sequel previewed a couple of times along with plenty other applications of the Engineered Mesh it quietly debuted, but don’t take that as a sign that the Nike LunarGlide+ 4 is done just yet. Check out this dope new ladies release featuring a Cool Grey base from which Laser Purple and teal accents burst forth. They make great use of the LunarGlide 4′s sockliner seams with this combo; could we take that new look this late in the presumed product cycle to indicate that like its equally successful cousin the Free Run 2, these will become an NSW holdover? Stick with Sneaker News to find out and enjoy some more photos of this upcoming WMNS release after the jump below.

nike lunarglide 4 nsw Nike LunarGlide+ 4 NSW

Much attention has been given to the marriage between Nike Basketball and Sportswear that’s incubating the impressive ‘Cork’ LeBron X, and rightfully so. But NSW reaching across the Beaverton campus to put its luxurious lifestyle twist on modern performance models got its start with the Running division, and here we see one of its current foundations meet up with premium leather styling. The Nike LunarGlide+ 4 NSW still has Nike+ integration, Dynamic Flywire and the featherweight, super-comfortable LunarLon cushioning platform, but these slat-perfed leather styles are quite clearly intended as a means for translating those tech specs into a casual package. Click through to see the latest Hasta and Sunburst combo, a pair in Obsidian, Total Orange and Team Red and a Pittsburgh edition (*all three colorways that also appeared on NSW’s recent Free Trail reintroductions, among others this season) after the jump, then grab yours directly from NikeStore.

Nike already applied the Shield Collection touch to the usual suspects for a new pack of weather-proof runners for the holiday season, and now we see the Swoosh take stock of the fact that the sky nastiness will continue for several more months and we want more color options. Enter the ‘Bright Crimson’ Shield Collection, an accomplished quartet of cutting-edge running models whose coloring is roughly reversed from the above mentioned HO12 drops, opting for red up top and a soft grey midsole to match the Vintage Box-ish tongue tag. The Nike LunarGlide+ 4 joins the LunarEclipse+ 2, Pegasus+ 29 and WMNS Free Run+ 3 in this style you can see in more detail after the jump, then find yours available now at NikeStore.
