Nike SB Paul Rodriguez High – Team Red – White – Black

The Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 High has proven that it can hold prints fairly well whether it be that zebra pattern reminiscent of the premium pairs of the original low top variety or even the special occasion DJ Clark Kent release. Today the model returns in style with the latest leather and soft suede combination for Summer 2014. This pair opts for a supple black leather while side panels of red suede alternate on the upper as a cheetah print vaguely appears on the heel. Added ventilation hits the leather and upper ankle support for extra breathability while the patented Lunarlon sole adds extra cushioning in the lightest possible form as it streaks across in a clean white to match the Swoosh branding. Be sure to check out more images of this Nike P-Rod High after the click and know that they’re available courtesy of HypeDC.

DJ Clark Kent x Nike SB “Volt Collection” – Release Reminder

nike sb dj clark kent volt collection DJ Clark Kent x Nike SB Volt Collection Release Reminder

DJ Clark Kent’s latest “112″ looking set of sneakers is releasing tomorrow, November 29th. The only thing is that the official Nike copy attached to the shoes doesn’t actually mention that collaborator or the “112″ nickname. Instead they’re being billed as the “Volt” collection, a name that certainly makes sense given how much of that shade is poured into. Included in the group are the Nike SB Dunk Low and two versions of the Nike SB P-Rod 7 High, each of them covered in volt, elephant print, black, and flashy 3M. See each after the break and tell us in the comments whether or not you’ll be picking up a pair tomorrow. Also remember that you can check what’s already out there on eBay.

dj clark kent nike p rod 7 hyperfuse max DJ Clark Kent x Nike SB P Rod 7 Hyperfuse Max Release Date

Black Friday is a date that looks to be dominated by DJ Clark Kent and his “112″ them as far as Swoosh sneakers are concerned. Amidst a trio of collab pairs releasing that day is this, the new Nike SB P-Rod 7 Hyperfuse Max. As you can see, the shoes upgrade the standard high-hitting version of Rodriguez’s latest by means of lightweight Hyperfuse paneling and a visible Air unit along the bottom. There also appears to be Nike Free along the forefoot, but for whatever reason that technology isn’t called out in the official title. Continue reading to get familiar with the shoes and then grab them a little early from kicksclusive on eBay.

Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 High – Armory Navy – Black – White

September 24th, 2013 by | 1 comment

nike p rod 7 high navy black 3 Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 High Armory Navy Black White

Just as is the case with the lowtop form, the Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 7 High\ is expanding its graphic capacity by lifting the only-for-Premiums restriction on the P-Rod 7′s signature zebra striping. As with the lows, this Armory Navy and black hightop keeps the stripes at the heel, whereas presumably the Premiums will continue to cover the overlay sections with this look. This colorway would be an interesting choice either way, as the interplay of dark blue and black is mediated quite nicely by both the amount and placement of white accents. Have a closer look after the jump, then find yours in stock at SB shops like Urban Industry.

You already knew that there was a DJ Clark Kent “112″ Nike SB Dunk Low coming, but did you know there were also a couple of P-Rod models that will be sporting the look? Shown here are the Nike P-Rod 7 High and the Nike P-Rod 7 High Free Max, both outfitted with the flashy, elephant print anchored colorway that’s becoming synonymous with DJ Clark Kent. Odds are that Rodriguez’s Primitive shop is also a partner in the collab, but the details are still pretty slim. Continue reading for a peek and each and let us know if you approve of the DJ Clark Kent x Nike SB P-Rod 7 “112″ pack.

Nike SB P-Rod 7 High – Upcoming Colorways

nike prod 7 high upcoming colorways Nike SB P Rod 7 High Upcoming Colorways

Playing the background to the lowtop version since this taller cut was last seen back in March, the Nike SB P-Rod 7 High looks like it might be closer to finally hitting retail.  Here are three colorways for the hightop version of Paul Rodriguez’ seventh Swoosh skate shoe, and from the looks of the zebra striping at the heel on each one, they all seem to be Premiums.  All three use dark palettes with one resembling the ‘Armory Slate’ lows, but with a white Swoosh instead.  Check out all three so you can decide which looks best, and be sure to visit Sneaker News regularly so you know when they hit stores.
