Fresh off the Armory Slate edition, here comes a new Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski Mid in another recently introduced color. This one is mostly Mercury Grey, adding the darker Anthracite around the heel and ankle plus an Atomic Red Swoosh that adds some energy to the greyscale upper. These further extend the grey with a wide foxing stripe that makes the remaining white sole appear to be a lower profile. Let us know how this compares to the traditional black pinstripe, then grab this newest Janoski Mid straight from NikeStore.

Nike SB Stefan Janoski Mid – Team Red – Crystal Mint

Is the Nike SB Janoski the longest-running signature Nike sneaker of all-time? It’s certainly looking that way, because after nearly five years in existence, not so much of a sniff at a Janoski 2 has crept out of the kitchen. But why mess with a proven formula? It skates well, it looks good, and we’ve barely touched on colorway options like floral and other graphic prints, so expect the Janoski 1 to get plenty of more shine in 2013. This mid-top form brings in a fresh spin with Team Red and Crystal Mint – two colors picked by Sneaker News when we designed a pair on iD with Stefan himself, so check out the photos below and cop them now at retailers like FlatSpot.

In our Independence Day preview of the colorways coming up for Spring 2013, we noted that the presence of a mint-laced tonal red Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Mid alongside the ‘Bubble Gum’ pair with an identical template suggests the red joints’ outsoles also match their strings.  This suspicion is confirmed faster than we would have guessed, as the midtop Stefan Janoski signature is back with another round of preview images.  The aforementioned ‘chewy’ pair has its pink base on display in addition to photos after the jump that reveal these styles’ mix of suede and satiny nylon.  Click through to see more, let us know which pair looks better and stick with Sneaker News for release info.  Photos: EUkicks

Sneaker News recently showed you how Salvation applies custom patterns to liven up Nike SB’s Stefan Janoski signature sneaker.  Meanwhile, Swoosh skateboarding sticks to its line and continues to craft subtle new takes on Stef’s sigs, including a new pattern manifested in triplicate on the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Mid.  Pictured alongside the black/white standby design for next spring are three relatively simple designs that might be easy to overlook were it not for the mint laces on the tonal red pair, or the fact that color must be on the outsole too, given that the ‘Bubble Gum’ edition is pictured with pink laces.  Add in a blacked-out neon-laced edition and you’ve got an understated variety here, all of which you’ll see in greater detail below.  via N-SB

Sneaker News showed you a dope new Stefan Janoski Mid earlier this week that comes in a greenish-grey Seaweed suede upper with Volt accents. Strip out any simblance of green or yellow from that August release and you’d end up with something like this newly released Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Mid in Medium Grey suede with Chalk piping and soles. They are, in fact, the perfect all-occasions shoe precisely because all the color has been stripped away, and this stylish silhouette ensures they’ll be in your regular rotation for a good while to come. Click through to see these from some other angles, then grab yours from a Nike SB stockist like Scene.

While P-Rod is undoubtedly the resident Michael Jordan fanboy amongst the Nike SB team riders, there’s no doubt that the rest of them are familiar with his legacy both on-court and on-feet. Perhaps hinting at that is this new colorway of the Nike Zoom Stefan Janoski Mid (notice the Nike SB nomenclature getting left in the dust), with a black and red pairing that may not be of the varsity persuasion but feels a little MJ nonetheless. If you like what you see above then stick around after the jump to get a better look at this new release, which can be found now at the likes of MIA Skate Shop and other fine retailers.
