Last July, Nike opened its third Salvation retail space, capitalizing on the success of the shops in Laguna Beach and Irvine with another storefront in Malibu. Salvation is a retail concept that brings together select Nike (SB/6.0), Hurley and Converse kicks and gear, and one of the coolest features of the store has to be ‘The Workshop’, an on-site customization station that allows shoppers to create their own custom sneakers, apparel and accessories with styles from a network of Nike collaborators. N-SB poster Jason Lim just showed off an ornate pattern applies to the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski ‘Bonsai’, and along with a leather lace swap, they’re 180 degrees from the original. Click through to see some more examples of Workshop’d Janoskis, let us know which concept works best and take a trip along the 101 so you can craft a pair at one of three Salvation locations.

A recent sneak peek into the Nike SB spring 2013 collection reveals the Stefan Janoski series as a mainstay for Swoosh skateboarding, and that doesn’t mean you’ll have to wait until next year to get new pairs. Both the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski and its midtop younger brother are coming up for August in new two-toned suede colorways. The lows go for a vaguely ‘un-Wino’ look thanks to their tannin-rich Red Oxide uppers, while the mid has a swampy vibe in Seaweed with Volt branding. Check out both of them after the jump below, let us know which appeals most to you and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the Nike SB fall catalog. via N-SB

A ‘wino’ is person you typically can’t expect to do anything more than show up with a red mouth. With that in mind, even if we’ve been waiting for nearly a year for these to arrive at retail, this new Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski ‘Vino Rosso’ has managed to exceed our expectations. Each pair of this new Stefan Janoski Quickstrike has a slightly different stain pattern for that 1 of 1 appeal, but they all come with the rose and cream palette that’ll have you wanting to wear these way more than your average wine-stained garment. Examine this pair’s markings in greater detail after the jump, then head to a Nike SB retailer like Premier to get yours today.

Sneaker News just brought you word of the ‘Vino Rosso’ edition finally getting ready to arrive at retailers, but might you also be interested in a Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski colorway that instead of being defined by stains, is practically impervious to them? If so, look no further than this black suede Zoom Stefan Janoski SB, a reprisal of last June’s ‘Blackout’ Mids that also bears a passing resemblance to the totally black ‘All Weather’ edition that released a few months later. And given that we already had two somewhat similar Mids, it’s about time to see this standby colorup applied to the original Janoski signature silo. You’ll find more images after the jump below, then grab yours from a Nike SB retailer like Premier.

Arriving at Nike SB retailers as a Quickstrike release this June is the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski in the ‘Vino Rosso’ colorway. It took nearly a year for these wine-stained Janoskis to finally hit stores, but after aging just a bit more, these have been bottled up and corked for your pleasure next month. With the Janoski continuing to be a consistent success for Nike Skateboarding, these special edition releases should go down more often, would you not agree? It even appears that the shoes will be packaged in individual shoe bags for that extra special note of attention. New images of these are just ahead so take a look and keep your focus locked into your local SB account for this June! Photos: plaskateboarding

Nike SB is in for a major shakeup, but before Swoosh Skateboarding forever sees some of its signatures lose those two letters that garnered so much respect over the past decade, we’re ready for another batch including plenty of old favorites. The May 2012 lineup is quite robust, including four Nike SB Dunks including Premier’s ‘Petoskey’ collabo among three Lows and a Mid, four new Zoom Stefan Janoski SBs including the 8FIVE2 collabo Quickstrike, two new Koston 1s and a single Omar Salazar LR to round out the group. Click through for a closer look at each individual pair and be on the lookout for these at SB shops like Folsom, CA’s PLA, who got theirs a bit ahead of schedule.

Stefan Janoski will soon see the SB branding removed from his signature line as it follows the P-Rod series and a few other select sigs to wider distribution, a still-processing shift that echoes the tumult currently playing out about an hour east of Stef’s NorCal hometown. This new Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski will naturally be associated with the Sacramento Kings given their unique black and Vintage Purple combo, but unlike the arena deal that was supposed to be a given at this point, we know for sure that progress is being made on these with an ETA to be realized in the near future. In fact, this May 2012 release is already hitting select SB retailers, including Charlotte’s Black Sheep, so check them out in greater detail below and let us know how they compare to other notable contrast-piped Janoski SBs like the recent ‘Bonsai 4/20′ drop.
