Finally, some more love for the Glove. This first look at the Nike Zoom Flight The Glove in a brand new colorway reveals a a bit of a tribute to the Seattle Sonics, the team that Gary Payton helped put on the map during the mid-late 90′s. It features a bit more of an Away flavor with the predominately black base, but the hits of yellow and green instantly remind us of that PacNorthwest NBA franchise that relocated to OKC some years back. Check back with us for more updates on the Nike Zoom Flight The Glove and other potential Payton retro releases, and let us know what you think of this colorway.

nba feet 2014 nba finals game 4 recap 01 570x424 NBA Feet: 2014 NBA Finals Game 4 Recap

Who would’ve guessed that the series would swing in such a dramatic way once shifted back to Miami? If anything the Heat were in a decent position headed back to their home court with the 2014 NBA Finals all tied up at 1 game a piece. That was until Danny Greene caught fire, something as predictable as his usual Nike Zoom Flight The Glove selection, and Kahwi Leonard had a pair of his best games as a professional basketball player. Now the Spurs head back to San Antonio with an opportunity to avenge their heartbreak in 5 games. There were some redeemable on-feet selections for Miami though, like Dwyane Wade’s gold patent leather Way of Wades, LeBron donning a vibrant red and white PE of this Zoom Soldier 7 (a departure from his warm-up selection of the new “Atomic Mango” LeBron 11 Low) and Ray Allen surprising in a Jumpman Team 1 in white and gold. Which pair was your favorite? Hit the click for more NBA Feet images and let us know who wins Game 5 in the comments section.

Will the craziest Nike Zoom Flight the Glove colorway ever created never release?  The Air Tech Challenge-inspired edition was pretty crazy in its own right but those can’t compare to this Mardi Gras covered in a sort of sequined chameleon snakeskin that glitters with that classic mix of purple, green and yellow.  These have ‘Mardi Gras’ and ‘GP20′ embroidery on the medial ankles but that’s only one of the many important details you’ll see after the jump. Fat Tuesday hasn’t inspired as many releases as some other holidays in recent years, so check out more below and stick with Sneaker News for the latest.

nike air zoom flight the glove tech challenge Tech Challenge Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove

The Agassi and Payton sneaker lines from Nike look to collide with the upcoming release of this Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove colorway. Across the side is a cutting graphic that certainly looks like the wild ones found on the early 90s Tech Challenge lineup for tennis star Andre Agassi. The combo only makes more sense when you consider how Agassi-crazy Nike’s been now that they have that man back in their fold, but bringing it onto the Glove line for one is a move that could lead to some interesting results. They’re calling him ‘The Mitten’ in honor of his father’s superior defensive prowess, but Gary Payton Jr. has been the one showing off more exclusive heat from dad’s recently revived Nike signature line.  Payton Jr. is following in those footsteps in playing ball at Oregon State starting next season, but instead of that grey and orange palette, this one takes on that ubiquitous basketball color scheme.  Here we see the second GP rocking a Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove PE with those initials they share on the medial side of a black, red and white makeup.  Stick with Sneaker News for the latest rare designs and let us know if your pops ever hooked you up with a pair that could top this.
