More and more of the best Japanese New Balance collaborations are making their way into US sneaker closets by way of select stateside retailers. The latest import is a superb suede and mesh pairing that released on the other side of the world just before the end of 2012, the Oshman’s x mita sneakers x New Balance 574 ‘Mojito’. This mint green-dominant design features a leaf ‘dubrae’ in honor of the muddled cocktail from which it takes its name and colors, but one might argue that it’s the unorthodox mix with brown at the heel and a gum sole that really makes this design. Have a closer look below and get ready to hit up the usual suspects, because these have arrived in America and should see further spot releases in the immediate future.

Oh yes, the New Balance 574 can play the collab role just as well as its bigger number brethren. Arriving right before the year expires will be this special edition of the sneaker, a design whipped up by the likes of Oshman’s and mita sneakers. The clean suede pair aims for a mojito look, with the minty blue/green combo even getting a mini mint leaf added on to the front end (there’s a few more little additions included such as the cork sole and rope laces). Check out the Oshman’s x mita x New Balance 574MO “Mojito” in our gallery below and keep in mind that Titolo will be stocking them on Saturday, December 22nd.

New Balance continues its ongoing partnerships with both Oshman’s Japanese branch and mita sneakers, this time shouting out a trendy Cuban cocktail whose colorway is right at home on NB’s most famous silhouette. The Oshman’s x mita sneakers x New Balance ML574 ‘Mojito’ is based on the mix of rum plus muddled lime and mint, which results in a soft green and charcoal gum-soled design that’s every bit as refreshing as its namesake poured over ice. And being that all of these colors are quite neutral, these manage to stay within the New Bal wheelhouse while simultaneously embracing colors that’ve been so hot both individually and together in recent years. December 8th marks the second Saturday of the month and this pair’s release, so have a closer look below and let us know where these rank in the steadily growing cellar of spirit-filled sneakers.

New Balance has seriously ramped up their trail shoe production in recent years, hits like the MT580 allowing for the expansion of the 574-inspired line plus a variety of other new designs. But even if it’s benefiting from the trail-580′s success, you could pretty easily argue that the New Balance H710 is even more of an NB OG. Inspired by the classic Rainier and Allagash silhouettes, the H710 is back with a collaborative design from Oshman’s Sport Goods and mita sneakers that adds a small patch of Mexican blanket material to an otherwise black suede design. It comes together to create a warm look for the cold months, and you can see a huge run of detailed images after the jump. Let us know what you think about this Japanese exclusive and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the latest New Balance trail boots.
