Reebok Classics continues to emphasize the Court Victory Pump’s casual appeal with new suede-based colorways. This latest Reebok Court Victory Pump is primarily royal blue suede and mesh, and adds some black trim in addition to a white midsole for a bold yet understated look. It made its mark in the golden era with a white leather OG colorway forever associated with Michael Chang, but recent Reebok Court Victory Pumps have focused primarily on suede uppers. Following up on 2011′s Kasina x Dooly collab, we saw the ‘Tomahawk’, ‘Nautical’ and ‘Grizzly’ editions all with nappy finishes. This latest pair doesn’t have a nickname as such, but is sure to draw comparisons to Spiderman given RBK’s work with Marvel over the years. The Reebok Court Victory Pump deserves every bit of credit as being one of the best tennis sneaker designs in footwear history. It’s almost like the Air Trainer 1 for Reebok, owning a sporty mid-cut designed and anchored by a break-through technology (in the Court Victory’s case, it’s Reebok Pump). This newly released set of CVPs goes a bit outside the lines with the ‘Nautical Pack’ – two distinct Fall-ready colorways that draw inspiration from ocean exploration and the honorable uniforms worn by the fearless leaders of aquatic vessels. Check out the gallery of images below and if you like what you see, you can find both colorways available now at Packer Shoes.

As sneaker releases continue to cover more thematic ground with each passing season, many designers have excavated the indigenous cultures of the western hemisphere in search of inspiration. This new Reebok Court Victory Pump comes to us in a solid taupe suede plus blue accents including a dope speckled midsole, but those come in second to a bold geometrical print on the ankle and sockliner. Additional details include crossed tomahawk embossing on the heels and zig-zag stitching in select areas for a handcrafted feel, and you can see all of these details up-close and personal after the jump. Let us know how these compare to peers like Taka Hayashi’s Vans Vault creations, Nike Sportswear’s upcoming Aztec Pack and the dope ‘Grand Slam’ Court Victory Pumps by Packer Sports. via SP
