Are you on board with the Reebok DMX Run retro? The sneakers may not have quite the star power associated with them as say, the Allen Iverson line, but the lowdown running silhouette from Reebok is a hands down classic nonetheless, one that proved that the Vector Brand could create runners as potent as their basketball kicks. Re-kindling the retro flame is this, the Reebok DMX Run in galactic purple, infinite purple, and steel orange. Reebok DMX Run fans, prepare to rejoice. In stock now is this, the white/nocturnal blue/neon yellow colorway of the recently revived Reebok runner. The pair was one of the more difficult ones to track down during the OG release of the sneakers, and one that seemed to always be a little bit more available out in the Asian market. This time around the same has been true so far, with no American shops as of yet stocking them. Packer Shoes comes to the rescue though, throwing up a full size run of the original colorway up on their webshop. Stockholm’s SneakersNStuff has been a prolific collaborative teammate of late, especially with the brand they credit with being the key partner throughout a rocky rise to prominence. Following up on the 30th anniversary CL and arriving just before the Lakers-ish ‘Crocus’ Question comes the SNS x Reebok DMX Run 10 in a colorway resembling the OG black/white/Pure Silver that returned less than a month ago. This latest revelation comes on the heels of the OGs and could have just as easily been among that group with this timeless white and Pure Silver mix the likes of which has performed so well on so many summer shoes over the years. Reebok Classics officially relaunches one of the greatest running footwear innovations in the history of the industry – the Reebok DMX Run 10. Originally introduced in 1997, the DMX Run returns in 2013 in all three original colorways – the white/infinite blue/neon cherry/pure silver, thunder blue/Reebok brass/black/white pure silver, black/white/pure silver – on March 1st at Foot Locker, Finish Line, Champs, City Gear, other select Reebok retailers, and Reebok.com for $120. The Reebok Classics line is currently being completely dominated by the Basketball models from the Kemp and Shaq lines, but you should definitely keep an eye out for all the Running output that’s soon to come. One much-awaited return is finally here as the Reebok DMX Run is back for another go-around, and here we have the OG colorway that matches navy, grey, and a hot neon cherry red that most certainly fits in with today’s colorway standards. While Reebok gives plenty of preference to the basketball retros, the rest of us are still patiently waiting for the return of the Reebok DMX Run for 2013. Pairing the Run’s high-tech design with a complete reflective paneling on the upper, the SNS x Reebok DMX Run 10 features a tonal black stance under natural light, with a white midsole and a smoked-out translucent outsole.
