Reebok continues to make the most of its Classics catalog, adding this 1980s running shoe to a lineup filled with favorites of yore. The Reebok Phase II is a throwback to the suede and mesh days, and as we’ve seen from the similarly shaped Classic Leather of late, these kinds of designs do exceedingly well with today’s tonal colorways. Two different blue makeups prove this out with grey Vectors and just a bit of red on the Union Jack, so check out both of them from more angles below and grab yours today from Crooked Tongues.

The Phase 1 has quietly been a mainstay of the Reebok Classics lineup and the Phase 3 returned in 2011. That leaves the Reebok Phase 2 runner primed for a proper retro treatment for the first time in about four years. Here we see two colorways of this 1980s old school runner in a mix of suede, mesh and nylon plus leather heel tabs. It’s a popular vintage look, with a reflective arch a la New Balance 1500 and heel counter/dual density foam sole combo strikingly similar to their 996, so we’ve seen stuff like this before, but is the Phase 2 unique enough to shift your allegiances?
