Allen Iverson and Shaq are without question two of the most exciting players to ever play the game, but the two couldn’t be more different; they’ve obviously played two completely different positions on the court, but while Shaq has embraced his stardom and now suits up behind the desk for NBA on TNT, Allen Iverson has chosen a slightly different route, opting for life outside of the spotlight in his signature baggy gear. Both NBA legends have been brought back into the sneaker scene thanks to Reebok, with Allen making a major splash with the Question releases in 2012, and next Saturday, the Question saga continues as the OG ‘Georgetown’ edition makes its way back onto store shelves. Reebok’s retro category is getting deeper and deeper as the months go on, with the Reebok Kamikaze II no doubt the next on-the-horizon silo that’s got the most buzz. Let’s keep in mind that the Reebok Question still has some work to do though. Coming as a tribute to Allen Iverson’s NCAA days is the Reebok Question ‘Georgetown’ pictured here wearing the Hoyas colors. The pair is set to release this March, making them a no-brainer pickup for Georgetown fans once March Madness rolls around. Reebok’s strategy for the return of the Question was simply flawless. OG re-issues – check. Special edition collaborations to build up some energy – check. Bringing Allen Iverson back into the mix – double check (no discount). With that said, this Georgetown Hoyas-inspired colorway of the Question, complete with a grey tumbled leather upper and navy blue suede toe should be another hot pick-up, continuing a string of top-notch Question releases since earlier this year. This detailed gallery should be enough reason to push you over the edge if you were still unsure about these, so enjoy the full visual below and don’t miss out on this release as a date is confirmed for March 18th of next year.

Reebok seems to be going in backwards chronological order with this one, setting up the much-talked-about Reebok Question Retros to start out with a couple pairs Allen Iverson rocked during his NBA time only to follow them up with this, a themed ‘Georgetown’ release. The pair dons a Georgetown Hoyas look, recalling Allen Iverson’s college days with a grey/navy/white setup.
