Having successfully appropriated the imagery of Jean-Michel Basquiat for a few years now, Reebok turns to another 1980s New York artist for the look of an upcoming classics capsule. Created in collaboration with the Keith Haring Foundation, this collection makes use of graffiti styles including the classic Radiant Baby, as seen on the heels of the Keith Haring x Reebok Classic Leather. More Haring figures like Everyman and Barking Dog make their Mark on the CL Mid, NPC II, Workout Plus and Freestyle, and they’ll all be on display at the exclusive event upcoming at Bodega on January 31st. A global launch will follow on Valentine’s Day, and you can see several of the styles up close after the jump.

Reebok has gotten a lot of mileage out of muted colors applied to their vintage classics of late, and with new ideas like the one pictured above still in the pipeline, we hope there are more still to come. The Reebok Workout Mid ‘Peanut Butter Ice’ pack came out great, not just the pairing of autumnal leathers with translucent gum soles, but also an instantly memorable name that describes their construction to a tee. Stick with Sneaker News to find out what a big difference that little bit of clarity creates as compared to a more traditional gum bottom on the Ex-O-Fit and grab the black, blue or brown editions at select retailers today while we wait for the red and green joints to drop December 15th.

The Reebok R12 series takes some of the Vector brand’s best-loved trainers from the mid-’80s and dresses them up in today’s lifestyle oriented standards. The Reebok Workout Plus R12 continues this model’s 25th anniversary with a couple of muted designs featuring trail-ish laces and brass eyelets that convey an upscale rugged sensibility. Rivet Grey and Club Blue styles both add Cinnamon Stick suede to the mid panel for a neutral balance, so they’ll be ready for just about anything you can imagine outfit-wise, once you’ve grabbed yours straight from Reebok.

Whether it can be attributed to Swizz Beatz’ influence, the growing sophistication of the sneakerhead set or some other reason that’s tough to put a finger on, Reebok is making a strong turnaround by reissuing its established classics in more and hotter new styles than at any period in recent memory. On one side of things we have ’90s bangers like the Question and Answer series, Shawn Kemp’s Kamikaze sigs and the Emmitt Smith turf trainers, and on the other, the OG ’80s silhouettes that created a platform upon which the Pump could blast off. The Reebok Workout continues a strong 25th year in a steely grey suede and is joined by the immortal Classic Leather sporting a similar motif (plus gum outsole). Both of these Vintage Pack Classics are available today at select RBK retailers like SNKRS, and you can see both pairs in greater detail below.

Just over a year ago, the Reebok Classics Vintage collection resurrected some of RBK’s most famous 1980s designs, styling them in the same white leather that made models like the Workout casual standbys. The set was fairly limited and increased in value immediately upon sellout, and the demand suggests that while this new capsule might be more affordable and produced in larger numbers, you’ll be wise to get yours now before they’re gone. The Reebok All White Pack includes the aforementioned Workout in a midtop cut, the Ex-O-Fit for guys and Freestyle Hi for ladies, along with the iconic Reebok Classic Leather, and you can see photos of each pair after the jump below. Let us know which one most faithfully executed its old school styling and find yours at select retailers like Finish Line, Foot Locker and Champs.

Reebok celebrated the Workout Plus’ 25th anniversary in grand style with a massive collaborative collection, leaving the arguably more recognizeable three decade veteran also pictured above waiting for its own birthday party. And while it’s nothing on the order of the Workout 25 capsule, this Cheap Monday x Reebok Freestyle and Workout pack is most definitely a good start. These come in a couple shades of grey/black denim from Swedish bargain jeanswear specialists Cheap Monday, a look that’s in step with the spring’s white and/or black trend but unmatched in its execution. A mere 500 pairs have started selling at European retailers, so click through to see more and let us know if they’re worth importing. via Provider

Dutch sneaker boutique Patta‘s participation in sneaker collaborations is all over the board, but they all share something in common. Whether it’s a world-beater like the Parra-penned Air Max 1 that took over early 2010 or more obscure releases like their ongoing relationship with Asics, Patta collabos are fairly severely limited, and they pack a punch with innovative designs. For their contribution to Reebok’s latest world-spanning anniversary super-collab, the Amsterdam natives opted for a rabbit-inspired motif emphasizing the qualities of agility and speed and their connection to training. The Patta x Reebok Workout 25th Anniversary outpaces many of the other designs from this capsule thanks to a whimsical approach to the ever popular horsehair build, due in large part to the crisp and cool colorway not typically being associated with such a fuzzy look. Check them out up close after the jump, and now that the entire Workout 25 collection has been unveiled, which pairs will you line up for when they all release tomorrow, February 15th?

There’s little that can motivate you to up your effort for one last push like knowing you’ve only got one rep left to finish your set, so will we see a similar surge in interest for the Reebok Workout 25th anniversary now that we’re on the verge of finally revealing all fifteen collaborations? We’ll see how fast these sell out on the February 15th launch date, but models like the above pictured Shoe Gallery x Reebok Workout come with the kind of understated theming and premium quality that all but ensures they’ll end up with higher prices on the resale market. Shoe Gallery‘s design borrows from their South Florida roots, a wheat-uppered, white-on-grey-speckle-soled design inspired by the local Tequesta and Miccosukke native tribes’ time-tested moccasins. They’re fairly similar to mita sneakers’ workboot design; which will you pick when these all drop on Wednesday?
